Going in this clinic is like entering a prison establishment. They ask your ID many times over. Service is super slow and they don't really treat you of your medical conditions. It's all band aid treatment

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Please remove the word "care" from the type of service you provide !!! Visiting the area from San Jose I called in an emergency prescription refill at the advice of the physician I am seeing at another Kaiser on Tuesday AM... Told the IDIOT on the phone I would run out by Thursday... called Wednesday night to get an update, on hold for 2 hours!!! finally told they could not refill the prescription until Friday. If Kaiser Watsonville cared they would have called me to tell me the prescription could not be filled on time and send me to another pharmacy.

It had been a nightmare working with the Watsonville kaiser during my pregnancy. Every time i have an appointment, its chaos. Either they are canceling last minute or don't know why im scheduled for an appointment. This place has done nothing but stress me out. Im actually changing my insurance because its been that stressful and i dont want to continue being treated by them

I am extremely happy with the Watsonville clinic.I have a great doctor, the pharmacy , lab and X-ray department have less waiting and better service than other clinics. Response to emails is good. They have certain days I can get an optometrist or ophthalmologist and ear doctor, the specialist I need.In other words, no complaints. Also, very clean clinic..

I just been to Watsonville clinic for my son optometrist and waited for 15-30 mins. They still haven’t call my son. He has autism and upset with the appointment. I canceled the appointment because we or he can’t wait then I tried to reschedule a new appointment but the clerk didn’t even both checking for the first available appointment on the computer, all she said is the first available appointment is in March 2022. Which is false! I made an appointment in February 2022 with a different clerk than her. My experience with this facility is horrible. In conclusion, we had to wait more than 15-30 mins for optometrist and never got call and when I tried to reschedule the new appointment the gal clerk didn’t bother to check for first available appointment. I would not recommend this clinic at all.

Typically, I've had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic . . . and I've been there frequently over the past year. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for anything . . . labs, pharmacy, doctor appointments etc. I can find nothing wrong with the place
