I had an appointment with E. Rocha MD for having nasal polyps, all she prescribed me was anti itch eye drops and I never had mentioned I had itchy eyes. This is the first time I go with this DR. Let me just say, she is ignorant. She did not care at all. Having nose polyps is hard to deal with since I cannot breath right, I am aware an otolaryngologist will have to see me, but for this DR to prescribe me something I do not need, is absurd…

As a caregiver, it’s a very frustrating to take my patience to their appointments. Specially, the handicap ones because the parking is so limited and the same cars are always in the handicap parking. It’s almost like if the employees take them. Because how is it that every time I come the same cars are parked there they gotta make more parking..

Si puedes ir a otro doctor aslo aquí no te alludaran yo llame el 10 de enero para aser u a sita para acer un físico qué me pedían en stanford metieron la sita para el 3 de febrero llegado el día en la mañana me mandaron un texto que decía que la sita la avían canselado llame y me bolvieron acer otra sita asta el 10 de marzo y era urgente no bueno esta clínica

Me cancelaban citas faltando 15 minutos antes ablaba para sacar nueva cita y me la daban 3 meses despues me cambie de clinica .

This place really sucks. Except for a few providers I had the opportunity to meet. The medical assistants are unprofessional and rude. Need to go back to school and learn some basic routine skills and patient care.

Tenia llendo a esta clinica por muchos tiempo. Para mi y tambien llevaba a mis hijas hay pero ya e cambiado de clinica en los ultimos anos todo cambio dan un mal servicio. Las recepcionistas cuando hablas te cuelgan las llamadas, quedan en hablarte nunca te hablan, te contestan de mal modo, no chequan aseguranzas antes de los servicios y despues te dicen no trabajamos con su aseguranza, preguntas algo y no saben.
