Dr. Ricardo Bianco did an incredible job with the cosmetic dentistry I needed! I had other work done years prior because of a car vs bike accident as a teen. But Dr. Bianco truly made a difference. He was also very honest with pricing, which was greatly needed being a CareCredit payer (the car that hit me took off and an insurance claim never happened :-/ ) I felt cared for and like this doctor was invested in understanding how much trauma I hold from countless dental procedures and botched teeth made from being a poor teenager without health insurance. He was immensely gentle but thorough with skill and tools to ensure his thoughtful, brilliant, and truly artful design for my 4 front teeth could really happen. Including a state-of-the-art 360° CT Scan to ensure there was indeed enough tissue and internal space. He made it possible to smile with my full self again... which I had not felt comfortable doing for over 15 years. If you need a serious amount of work done, this doctor is who you need to see. Dental care is fine, but business practices and customer care in my opinion, absolutely terrible. I was called by a collection agency 2.5 years after my last visit with him without the office meaningfully trying to reach me. No care for me at all. Was told they had a new accounting agency that found an error per the receptionist. Somehow that error is now my responsibility, plus almost 100% interest. Very disappointing to experience such dehumanizing treatment.

Dr Bianco is an amazing Artist! He truly is gifted in his field of dentistry. I had some work done by another dentist when I moved from Watsonville and he basically botched my front teeth ! The horror! 10 years later we move back to town and I visit Dr. Bianco. He gave me my options on how we can proceed and we began the new journey. I was reluctant only because of my prior experience with the other dentist. Well … we’ve just about finished and I couldn’t be happier with my teeth! They are beautiful and white and shiny! I’m thrilled with my smile again it’s actually the nicest it’s ever been. But honestly Dr Bianco is very meticulous to the point of perfection! He loves what he does and he is very gifted. He also made sure I was comfortable with little or no discomfort during the process. His staff is also amazing and take good care of you as soon as you walk through the door.. no judgment. If you are looking for a talented dentist who cares about his patients then I urge you to visit Dr Richard Bianco in our little town of Watsonville or the beautiful Monterey Bay. Keep smiling!

This 100% was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! They were really nice people and really made it fun for me. They always explained to me what was going on and were very professional. For a 16 year old this had been an amazing experience and kinda makes me wanna go back haha. I highly recommend you to take yourself and your kids here. I promise you, you won’t regret it!

Wanted a dentist in network. Needed two crowns, quoted approx 600.00 x 2, sounds like a good deal. After receiving 2 price adjustments per crown was approx 900.00 + per crown. Had a cleaning I was told my ins would cover it, 10 months later i get a bill for 75.00. Service was just ok less than average. I went back to my old dentist which is out of network and charges the same has better facilities and work ethics. Would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Not mad but very disappointed and fill I was taken advantage of.

So glad to have found a dentist, that expedited my situation. Wonderful with his patients, personable and makes you feel so comfortable. I liked the staff and plan to continue seeing them.

I am so glad I found Dr. Bianco! His Staff is Great! I always feel at comfort and in good hands when coming to his office. The front staff is amazing and does a great job managing insurance claims and billing. I recommend this place 100%

Good, skilled and experienced doctor. He just had extracted my infected wisdom tooth today and just took a few munutes. Staff have also an excellent service. Office , machines, utensils, all in all deserves a shinning 5 star rating. I highly recommend😎 I will be back after 2 weeks for them to check my teeth in general hygiene. Let's see what will hapoen from there...
