This was by far the easiest root canal I've ever experienced! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this office!

Sharing my first time visit to get a root canal. First impression is from the first phone call to even book an appointment. The front desk was super nice and patient they answered all my questions prior to my visit . The soonest they could get me in was with in a week which was fine being my situation was not an emergency. Day of my appointment I was greeted immediately. I noticed the office was clean and well maintained. All the staff got along with each other and the doctor which is a huge plus to see . The doctor was very detailed . He also explained everything very thoroughly which is something I appreciate. . It’s very hard to find a good dentist that gives shots with out hurting you . I left with out any pain and my experience getting a root canal was amazing. I would 1000% come back and will be highly recommending the doctor and staff

I'm always skeptical about any business that has too many glowing reviews. However, I have to say Dr Cross and the Watsonville Endodontics team deserves it. I've lived on three continents and seen many many many dental specialists in my life and this is hands-down the most efficient, courteous, professional and accommodating clinic I have ever been to, no exaggeration. There's really not much more I can say that hasn't already been repeated many times in all the other reviews, except to say that I seriously hope I NEVER have to go anywhere else

I had an excellent experience with this endodontic office during what was honestly a pretty miserable situation. I came in with a severe maxillary sinus infection caused by a bad tooth, and they were thorough, honest, and compassionate from the start. Dr. Cross initially attempted to save the tooth but when it became clear that extraction was the best and safest option, he explained everything clearly and advised me to have it pulled. He ultimately did the extraction himself, which I truly appreciated. What really stood out to me was their integrity and kindness — Dr. Cross took the time to personally check on me when he was on his holiday break and his office reached out as well. In addition, since I had already paid for root canal treatment, the office voluntarily refunded me when the plan changed (without me asking). That level of honesty and patient-centered care is rare. I felt listened to, well cared for, and never pressured. I’m incredibly grateful for how they handled my case and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing endodontic care.

I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Cross and he did an excellent job. The experience is never pleasant but I experienced no pain and had no discomfort the following day. His support staff were extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Cross for your dental care.

Dr. Cross and his team at Watsonville Endodontics are wonderful. They helped me out in a pinch, and in addition to all of them being highly competent and caring, are very gracious. Dr. Cross is on top of the latest research as well, giving me resources I hadn’t heard of and clear recommendations for usage to treat my ailment. I’m so grateful for his expert care and his excellent team, and I 100% recommend their clinic to anyone looking for great endodontic care!

I was referred to Dr. Cross for a root canal recently. My experience went as well as could be expected. Dr. Cross was thorough and competent. His staff were friendly and professional. I’ll refer others for sure.
