This doctor will deny you and cancel your appointment with him and he also can't even prescribe you a pill. He will deny you whenever he wants and refuse to see you anytime he wants. Will never go to him again. Not a real doctor. If I could give him zero stars I would.

I could not recommend this office to anyone. I spent almost a month trying to get an appointment because they decide individually whether to accept people as patients. Though they took only the most basic information from me so I don't know how making that decision could possibly take so long (or be an informed decision). Add onto that that the intake person initially told me I'd get a response in 3-5 days--so I called back almost a dozen times during those several weeks to try to get someone to make a decision and/or call me back. It's unfortunate Dr Krouse seems to be the only physician in town, as he's clearly not up to the task.

Dr. Krouse rocks! I needed to find a new dr. & he has won the title! He answered my questions and didn't rush me, like many do. I called and got in two days later, not too bad. My old doc was difficult to get an appointment with and spend no time with me, my main reason for the change. The receptionist was a bit snarky but you can't have it all, right?

Called to schedule an appointment for a ruptured eardrum and sore throat the receptionist on the phone was very rude. Took my information asked when last annual exam was I let her know it had been a while and asked if I could have a full check up at time of appointment she laughed and said, "sounds like you just want it all don't you." She proceeded to take down my contact information and said she would have to have me cleared by the office manager. Almost a week later and still haven't heard back. Horrible service will not recommend to anyone.
