I went to the dental office to ask for a form that I left yesterday for the doctor filled but the receptionist was too rude

It takes over an hour to get an appointment. Thats unacceptable. They tell you to leave your number for a call back. God forbid you use the restroom and miss the call. Then youre stuck calling them back. They also make it extremely difficult to obtain much needed medical equipment. It took over a month to receive a breast pump. Apparently they needed to make sure the baby actually survived the birth before approving. I called multiple times and they gave me the answer. They are not patient centered in any way.AltaMed please dont waste your time with your disingenuous auto reply. Its weird.

Good luck setting up an appointment. I would recommend going down the street to the ER. Staff is no help phone number is no help. Really well managed establishment Kidding

Best customer service truly recomend Doctors are very knowledgeable and know what they doing . Always answer my phone calls less than 15min . Lovevthis place for medical care.

Thank you to all of the staff who helped me today I wasnt able to get an appointment with my PCP in time to get my stitches taken out so I had to come to the urgent care to get it handled. Since this was something I had planned out which I realize isnt the case for everyone experiencing health emergencies I got here right as they opened and was out within 30 minutes. Facilities were clean and staff was friendly. The NP who removed my stitches didnt sugarcoat it when she told me that it might sting and I appreciated her honesty. Hopefully more people read past the bad reviews and give this group the chance to provide them with the great care that I was given today

Staff is helpful and friendly. Dr.Deidrick is honest compassionate understanding and does not judge a book by its cover. He listens to his patients and does what he can to help. I had a nurse practitioner here say that because youre mexican you have gastro issues as you eat a lot of Spicey foods. When I actually eat loaded based foods with zero chili as I have no tolerance. Shameful I know. Back to point Dr. Deidrick is attentive and respectful. Receptionists and nurses are caring as well.

I took my daughter to this urgent care location. Since she just turn 18 they did not let me in she had to check in herself which is fine. But when my daughter got out she said they just told her to park on the side didnt bother to tell her exactly where since it is a big parking lot. Then they call once my daughter picked up the call you can hear the receptionist laughing and says my daughters name then ask her what kind of car are we in because she forgot to ask then tells us we have to wait 2 hours. So my daughter goes back inside to ask for her insurance card back and lets them know we are leaving instead. I ended up taking her to the ER once there they call us over 2 hours later asking if we will still there? This place needs to hire professional people to work there this place is GHETTO

We have been waiting in parking lot  as directed. They told us 2030 min wait. Here we are 1hr 45 min later. Still waiting for my daughter to checked. What kind of urgent care is this???? Worse place ever Poor communication staff walks by and act as if they dont see you so you wont ask them. Was calling out to a nurse and she just kept walking on . Please dont come here In an update 07302021 i would like to say that Altamed reached out to us and gave us all the necessary steps to report the issue or to speak to a supervisor or Altamed representative. They are the first to ever respond to a review.  That definitely shows they are working on their patient service issues. Urgent issues need urgent service and waiting to hours in your vehicle with your daughter in pain to be seen is not urgent care service. I hope they resolve these issues for the sake of future patients. Thank you for reaching out to us. Updated star review as well .
