Christine Chang's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been to several optometrist in my lifetime and Dr. Chang is by far the best one. She cares truly about everyone of her patients. I’ve been wearing contacts for years in tte recent months my eyes have become irritated this last time was really bad so bad that I needed a professional opinion so I called her office and asked if she could see me it was a Saturday. She squeezes me in last minute she prescribed me antibiotics and even called me the on Sunday when her office was closed to see how I was doing and has followed back up with me since then twice to see my improvement. We are working on a plan so that I can wear my contacts again but she doesn’t want to give me the green light to wear them until she feels it’s safe for me to do so. I love her and trust my eyes in her hands completely. Highly recommend her office. She has a great team too John is always so patient with me when choosing the right glasses he’d sit there and let me try them all on if that’s what I needed in order to find the perfect pair.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Chang, her and her staff were super warm and welcoming. Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. She was very thorough during the exam, and I never felt rushed. I will definitely be coming back to her and recommend her!

I have to admit, at first my wife encountered an issue with one of her staff, but after reading all the positive yelp reviews, I thought that she would be fair in addressing our concerns so I reached out to her and I'm glad I did. Dr. Christine Chang was very attentive and resolved all our issues right away. She genuinely cares about all her patients. I would highly recommend her!!!

Just visited Dr. Chang for the first time today and will be coming back forever. She's very thorough and honest in her explanations and suggestions. What more can you ask for?Since we are still in a pandemic and all, Dr. Chang and her staff disinfect everything before you place your head/face on their equipments and after you are done. The appointments are blocked out so that there's only one patient every hour or so. I definitely felt safe the entire time. Thanks Dr. Chang!

Staff was very welcoming and inviting when I got there. Was super easy to make an appointment over the phone. They are very covid compliant and take the extra steps necessary to make your visit as safe and sanitary as possible. Dr. Chang was very knowledgeable about eye care/health and I definitely learned a lot more than I did coming in my short trip there. Highly recommend coming to this place if you are new to the area and need a new eye doctor.

I was very hesitant to go out because of COVID-19 but decided to keep my appointment. I'm glad I did because I was very happy with all the measures they are taking to keep the customer safe. When I arrived I had my temperature checked at the door by a very courteous employee, they made sure to disinfect all equipment right in front of me before they used it. The gentleman who helped me with my frames disinfected every pair I tried on when I was finished. They even had two cups of pens for when a customer needs to sign a receipt; one with used pens and one with disinfected pens. They were all very professional. I'm not sure if they will read this, but thank you for easing my mind and keeping the safety of your customers your priority! Fidel

I have been to Dr. Christine Chang's office for almost five years now. I lived in West Covina and she was a two minute drive from my home. Her staff members are professional, friendly, and welcoming. Cassandra at the front is always on top of things (and very friendly over the phone) and John is the best when I come back to get fitted for my glasses. Dr. Christine Chang is very sweet and knowledgeable. She always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable when I come for my annual eye exam. She has a great rapport with her patients and she's always smiling throughout the day. She took a photo of my eye and taught a few things about the eye itself. She also explained about the changes in my vision and recommends the type of glasses that I will need. I also love it when she provides a sample of eye drops for me before I leave. Dr Christine Chang is great at what she does and I will drive from Downey to see her. I've recommended her to my friends and family and they all love her. If you're looking for a great eye doctor who will take care of you, look no further. Dr Christine Chang and her staff will take great care of you!

Fantastic place! The staff is very friendly and professional. They also are taking every precaution necessary with covid19.
