Terrible parking and the building is quite run down. You almost feel like you're a third world country. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment only to have a nurse type all my reasons for seeing an orthopedist specialist. The doctor came in and saw me for five minutes and checked my knee repeating what the nurse had typed. He then gave me orders for an mri and pt. No way am I doing pt at this place. Luckily the mri can be done in Glendora at Emanate Imaging. This is exactly what my pcp had suggested. A waste of time and Medicare expenses.

The recent experience we had at Queen of the Valley in West Covina: We asked to spend night with loved one and they didn’t let us although it’s hospital policy that when someone is in hospice you can. She died alone. They called us an hour after she passed and left message on answering machine. No attempts were made to call cell phones or other family members. Yes, if I’m shot in the gut and rushed over in an ambulance or my arm is cut off.
