Jennifer helped me today and she was very nice and informative. I had tattoo removal done on my eyebrows and she eased my nerves and did a great job!

This med spa is a gem! I've been going to InkGlamBeauty MedSpa for laser hair removal treatments and am very happy with the results. The staff, especially Jenn, has been professional and made every session comfortable. So far, I have done treatments for the face, legs, arms, bikini area, and very effective. Sessions were not very painful, and Jenn is always attentive, adjusting settings as needed. Hair growth has significantly reduced. Also, I had Microblading session with Deisi for my brows. My brows are looks gorgeous and I got complemented a lot from my friend and co-workers. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place!

I recently had some skin tags removed by Jenn. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming. I had been a bit anxious about the process but Daisy the NP took the time to explain the procedure, what to expect during healing, and answered all my questions. The removal was quick and virtually painless. I barely felt anything. Before I knew it, it was over. They used a numbing cream and the whole thing took less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place. I wish I had done it sooner!

I had a fantastic experience! I came in for Botox and skin tag removal, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and completely painless. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Excellent customer service and results. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

My experience with InkGlam was beyond frustrating. I originally called to reschedule two appointments and spoke with Daisy, who said she would handle it but never did. I later received a no-show message for one of those appointments. When I called to follow up, I spoke with Jennifer, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of taking accountability for their scheduling mistake, she got defensive and told me I would be charged a $50 no-show fee even though it was their fault for not rescheduling the appointment properly. To make things worse, I called again today to reschedule because I have COVID, and Jennifer told me I reschedule "too much." This is only the second time I've rescheduled, this time was for a legitimate medical reason. The appointment is still showing as active, and now I'm just waiting to get hit with another no-show message. Jennifer said she would send a cancellation confirmation text, but I still haven't received anything. The lack of communication, the unprofessional attitude, and the complete disregard for patient circumstances are unacceptable. It honestly feels like they care more about collecting cancellation fees than providing proper service or support. Watch out this place will try to charge you for their mistakes.

Went in for Botox and filler with Deisi and had such a fantastic experience! We started with a thorough consultation where she offered thoughtful, conservative recommendations. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to upsell me. It made me feel completely at ease and confident in her expertise. Her technique is amazing and the treatment was quick and virtually painless (well, almost!). I’m so happy with my results, my lips are exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Deisi if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and delivers beautiful results!

I just had Botox and lip filler for the first time and I was a bit nervous on how they would look. I really wanted something more on the natural side. After meeting with Deisi and talking with her about my concerns she really eased my mind. My lips look great!! I’m happy she suggested to do a full syringe. Can’t wait for the swelling to go down and see my healed results!! Thank you!!
