Lakeside Community Healthcare West Covina's Online Review Report Card

Lakeside Urgent Care in West Covina is an outstanding facility! My wife took my mother-in-law for an inner ear infection and upon arrival, they were welcomed by a very kind and compassionate nurse named Maricar. She assessed her condition immediately, performed all the lab work necessary and administered treatment with the help of another kind nurse named, Connie. The Nurse Practitioner is Maryn Lisa Santa Maria - so soft-spoken and very attentive to my mother-in-law's needs!This is not the first time my family came here for treatment and this Urgent Care never failed them!The staff here is very passionate about what they do and THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET UTMOST CARE AND COURTESY!!

I was referred to Dr. Wicherski for my newborn's follow up. The office was understanding of our situation and was able to fit us in for an appointment on a short notice. The front desk and nurses were all very nice. Dr. Wicherski takes time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Thanks Dr. Wicherski, Susan, Maria and Patsy! Great team!

Pediatrician Dr. Wicherski and her nurse Susan are great. They take a genuine interest in the kids, are gentle, and are patient. We've been going to Dr. Wicherski for many years and are very appreciative for all that they have done for our family.

I would like to Commend Josie, Dr. Van Duong's nurse.Always professional, courteous and engaging, concerned about my well being. A pleasure to  interact with her and the rest of his staff.Thanks, Dr. Duong, for you care and treatment options for 20+ years.

Dr. Chungafung is a great doctor. I don't know why people posted that she's cold. she is not. She is not going to beat around the bush she just tells it as it is. I like that about her. She tells you what you have and tells you what to do and what can be done. If you don't want to listen to her recommendations its on you. she's a caring person. she's just straight forward and gets to the point. I think she's a great doctor. I actually see her instead of my primary doctor.

I agree the doctor Jenifer Chungafung is very cold I went their thinking because she is a female would be a better experience I was wrong, I will re-think on changing doctors, I'm going to try the different doctors in the office, family members have been there and they recommended, it's close to me and will give it another chance before I change my mind. I will post my next experience hope it's better next time. By the way the staff at the front desk is very helpful, and at least show some kind of care.

Went in to see Dr. Chungafung in March to talk to her about what I thought was heartburn.  Because I have had that before along with acid reflux.  Well ok she listened and asked me what I was eating and stuff.  She said she was going to run an EKG.  I told her, what for I didn't come in for that.  See I am a stubburn person.  Well thank goodness she ran it, which was abnormal.  All my other EKG before this was always normal.  She told me to go and see the cardio doctor.  I did, he ran another EKG, abnormal.  Ran another test showing something wrong.  Finally had me do an angeogram.  Which happens to show blockage.  Wow never in my wildest thoughts would I have come to know about this if it had not started with Dr, Chungafung insisting to do that initial EKG.  Thank you for this hopefully with the surgery will save my life.    One other thing I am a believer in the Lord and I also know He went before me along with the doctor.   Pat Gallegos

This is the best place I have ever been to. I felt comfortable and safe. The doctor was genuinely concerned and very professional. Dr Chungafung is absolutely the best. I highly recommend this office. The staff is also amazing especially Maria Torres she actually takes the time to get to know you while she's taking your vitals. She made me feel like  family.

My wife had a appointment with Dr. chungafung jenifer on 12/26/19 and she was happy with the courteous,capable service and care she received. She would gladly have and recommend Dr.chungafung for medical services anytime.
