Lakeside West Covina Urgent care is the best. Their staff is awesome and friendly. They make sure to pay attention to your reason for coming in and do the best in their reach for their patients. I have been with lakeside for a few years now and am grateful for the proper care for my family as well as myself. Thank you Lakeside. Special thanks to Danny the X-ray tech, you're very awesome and helpful; and NP Maryn, you are awesome and I'm grateful for your help today. Again, thank you for the great service and for reassuring me that I'm always in the right place. I love this Urgent care! Glad I'm with them.

10-30-2020 I would go again!Today I was attended by Maryn Santa Maria and her male nurseThe wait was a short wait compared to some ER rooms I would say. people were friendly . Offices clean and they observed Covid 19 orders.It was refreshing to be seen an American staff that clearly gave expert service. Upon being treated everything was explained to me .Maryn was very professional and caring and answered all my questions and was compassionate , thorough and helpful and of course knowledgeable.Her attending nurse explain my Rx and instructions and the diagnosis and was given written explaination . The nurse took his time explaining and answering any questions I had. I loved it. Thank you so much. It's the best experience I have had and I go to many Dr. Offices this was the best.

Vanessa and Daniel were great went in today with my daughter who is 6 months old Daniel helped me to the room and carried my diaper bag he was very helpful everyone is very professional and helpful the Dr she saw was very informative also

went to this clinic for nutrition classes when pulling up to the building i felt lost as it was my first time ..but there was a very nice lady asking if i needed help finding the right office ...she not only took me to the right office but made sure to let them know i was in the waiting room and since it was a hot day she offered me a bottle of water ..her name was Linda Gann ..she gets a ^5 for making my day of doctor visits simple and easy

Came because I had strep throat and a bad migraine. Bo saw us almost immediately and was very polite and energetic. Very pleasant service and I will be coming again in the future.

I've been here waiting for 6 hours with 2 children. I have no idea when we're being seen. This is so horrible. I seriously can't believe we've been waiting this long.
