I think this entire operation may be a scam. The office never picks up the phone. I've been trying to get a prescription refill for weeks now. Whenever I do speak to someone they say they'll take care of it, they don't, and I never hear back. I made an appointment and had to wait THREE HOURS in the waiting room -- never got to see the doctor, if he exists at all, before I had to leave.

a nightmare working with this office, you call, the person you need to talk to is always on lunch or not there, so someone else who has no idea what's going on takes your message, they'll never call back unless you hassle them over and over, then they want me to fax them, the fax number doesn't work, so they give me another fax number, then they take a week to read the document, then they won't give me a doctor's note for something I already saw the doctor about, unbelievably bad service, avoid
