I have been there customer for over 10 years.. now they changed the owner. The new owner does not keep the honor and royal to existing customer that has prepaid packages plan. They changed service without notice to customer. So please be careful before purchasing any packages b from them

I had been going to this spa for over 5 years. I was offered another package promotion from an employee and accepted. When I schedule and attempted to used the package next visit. After our massages I was told that I was offered the package at the incorrect price and would have to pay $40 each visit as the employee misquoted me and the employee is no longer employed there due to incorrectly charging customers. The ONLY tall big male there spoke aggressively and rudely towards me. I asked to speak with someone else preferably the owner and a woman as I didn't feel comfortable speaking with him. He began getting irate and hovering over the counter and yelling at me and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. He persisted on stating he was the owner when I in-fact spoke to the owner months prior who was a female who also was present in the front, he started yelling at her, saying "oh your the owner? You're the owner?? She bowed her head down and said nothing. She seemed to be intimated by him. I asked for them to honor the amount I already paid that was documented and signed for. To provide customer service as this wasn't an error in my end, but on there staffs. I was a customer for over 5+ years. There was no effort to try to compromise. Nothing more but to be aggressive and demand that I pay more for their error. I then asked for a refund for my package and the male asked what card did I use, I couldn't confirm which I used and he said I had to wait 3 days so he can find record. I told him I was not leaving until I got my refund. The female owner went in the back office and found my receipt 10 minutes later. I continued to speak to the female but he was insisting on continuing to talk to me after the many times I requested to deal with another person. I told all the women at the front desk that I am sorry that they are subjected to a rude , unprofessional, controlling male like him running a business like this. They all were very quiet and uneasy. It's unfortunate that he treats customers and employees like this. They provided good services of treatment. But after that experience I didn't feel safe nor did I feel that my agreed upon packages I pay for would be honored going forward.

Wowwww! This place is awesome! Very good service from the time you come in and until you get out. The ambiance is so delightful! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good spa experience.

The staff here are super friendly and very understanding. They know the best treatment for my face. There prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Been to this place for eyelashes extension, massage, and facial for many years already. What I love is that this place is very clean, staff friendly and professional. And they never hard sell packages to customers. You will feel comfortable and relaxed in there.

I've been going to Merlot Spa ever since their 1st location in Hacienda Heights. They maintained the cleanliness and good service. I feel relaxed every visit.
