I would like to say to Dr. Elaine Chen, I’m sorry I didn’t get to say goodbye, but you were so amazing. Made me feel good and always tended to my needs. Felt like you understood everything I was going through and made me feel safe. I highly recommend Dr.Elain Chen! To Dr. David Eldringhoff, you were super cool and made my appointments go by so quick and collective I felt great leaving my appointment. Always listening to my issues and understanding what a patient needs so thank you. Thank you Samimi Orthopedic Group for making my transition easy and comfortable. Highly recommended. I hate Doctors offices, but this one was so fun to go to that I wish nothing for the best for this team.

I have been a long-time patient with Samimi Orthopedic Group. I came in with a shoulder injury, and it was confirmed I needed a reverse total shoulder replacement. I've had some complications - through no fault of anyone's - and that's why I've been with them a while and can assess them thoroughly! I just know God has me on a journey and sometimes we need to go through valleys to appreciate the mountaintops. My medical treatment has been excellent, my care team treatment has been compassionate, my office visit treatment has been outstanding. Each and every person I am in contact with at Samimi's has been encouraging, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm so grateful the wonderful Samimi team is there with me, in person, over the phone, through email. Are there times I have to wait? Of course, yes! They are a very busy, hard-working, efficient office. Trust me, they are worth the wait. And, remember, they can't do it all for you; they will help and guide you, but we all need to do our part, to be consistent in our physical therapy regimen, and make a conscientious effort toward our successful recovery! And thanks to all of you at Samimi Orthopedic Group, I'm getting there!

I came here today for an appointment at 10:30. The guy who was working the middle window was very unprofessional and rude to me. I can in to sign in @ 10:15. I said hello, my name is, I have an appointment @ said time. I say thank you after receiving the sign in sheet he cuts his eyes at me and says nothing. I then ask the young lady at the 1st window from the left for the forms I need to fill out she asks him to get them and hand them to me again I say thank you and he does the same thing. He cuts his eyes at me and looks away. However, I hate going here but when there were Hispanic/ whites he assisted. They said thank you and he said you're welcome. Some people just shouldn't work customer service if they have an issue with certain ethnic groups

awesome dr Eldringhoff real nice guy excellent surgeon the person sending out the disability extensions has been a lackadaisical they need to fix that because the little money we receive while we are out cannot be delayed or else we end up on the street

The front desk person who is in charge of filling out the paperwork didn't call to let me know that I needed to take the original form until I asked for it and when she told that I was so upset! I had to go home and drive back for the Dr. to fill it out and she had the nerve to say, the Dr. won't get to it until the end of the day cause I told her I was waiting for the paper. I went to the doctor office and thank goodness he was sitting there so I told him what happened and he took care of it in 12 minutes.

Outstanding, caring, knowledgeable, and professional service. Dr. Samimi takes his time listening and ensuring you understand. He is kind and truly genuine. Additional, the entire staff is wonderful and they make every patient a priority! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would.
