I came here for a physical for school because my stubborn PCP wasnt providing physical exams during the pandemic. I was already stressed out that I had to go find someone else to do my physical. Luckily through yelp, I stumbled upon this place. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and super accommodating to my needs. I want to give a shout out to Bree and Alex! Thank you guys for putting up with my rants and demands lol. To top it off, their price range are reasonable compared to most urgent cares. The only complaint I had for my visit was the long wait, but to be fair my case isnt really urgent and I spent most of my time waiting for my results. I highly recommend, and will probably come back again.
Had an appointment at 1:30 for the antibody. I called 3 times and no one answered so I walked in to let them know that I’m there. Girl at the front immediately tells me that I should not have gone in and that I should have called. I told her that I called 3 times and said that I should have called again? Really? We left after waiting for 2 hours. I called and no one answered and at that point I was just frustrated. I finally received a call at about 3:45 asking if we were still waiting. I had a similar situation a few years ago when my son was having issues with his asthma. I will only go to this place if there is nowhere else to go. Absolutely horrible experience and service.

The absolute worst front desk- rude and unhelpful.
If you’re in search of a quick but safe place to go get covid tested, this is the place for you. Not only did I get an appointment the same day , they make the procedure of getting tested very secluded and safe. The building is located on the side of the building so you won’t have to walk into a facility with a bunch of people. Gabriel H. (one of the many great staff members) is very kind and clean. He sanitizes your chair and makes sure your procedure is fast and efficient. They have a sink available to wash your hands as well! the working area is very clean. My experience was superb with Gabriel , he had such a beautiful personality. You can tell he loves his job and enjoys helping people. You will not be disappointed with your experience .
Came here for rapid testing. I had an appointment at 1:15 and waited close to *two* hours and had to call 3 times for them to give me an answer as to why it was taking so long. They finally said that their testing ran into some issues and had to stop but they are up and running again. They couldnt tell me this hours ago? And the cherry on top when I finally went in they told me they ran out of rapid antigen tests and that I would have to take a regular PCR one. Needless to say, I am beyond thankful for healthcare workers!! Im just disappointed in the clinic itself for its lack of communication.Edit: I took my test Saturday & was told Id get results Monday 9 PM latest. Called on Monday & Tuesday and was promised that itll come out tomorrow... well it is Thursday and its been 5 days since I took the test with no response whatsoever from the clinic.

Horrible horrible covid testing center. I had no problems my 1st appointment, followed all instructions calling to check in before going in got results fine. Next time around, it was absolutely HORRIBLE service. Did the same thing and had my consent form signed but waited an hour... then when I called front desk 45 min after checking in at my appointment time (11am via phone, check your call log), I first, got hung up on, after being on hold. With no call back. Then I called back, and the receptionist acted as if it was my fault they didnt have my paperwork / appointment checked in and assumed I went up to the door instead and said I shouldnt have done that. Cancelled my appointment not because of wait time, but strictly due to horrible service and receptionists. I understand its a difficult time for essential workers, but can you at least act like you care. They made it seem like this happens a all the time and theyre used to it and dont give a damn,
I will go out of my way to go to this urgent care. The wait has never been longer than any other urgent care on a busy day.... if anything, most days are smooth and timely. They have always addressed my health issues, taken the time to explain what would’ve going on, and even took the time to complete more tests when I thought there could be more going on(there wasn’t and the diagnosis was correct, but they allowed me the peace of mind to see results for myself). The staff has always been friendly and sympathetic & if I can, I will continue to come to this location.
Great staff and services!I have COVID like symptoms and Smartclinic recommend me to schedule the telemed appointment so I dont have to go in person. My insurance was verified in advance. Alex did the intake just at my appointment time. He is caring and professional. After a few minutes, Catherine the provider talked with me about the symptoms and how should I take care of myself. The whole process is enjoyable. She listened to me, patiently gave advices and sent my medication directly to the pharmacy. Aye even called in my prescription after a change of mind. She is so nice and always prepared to answer questions over the phone. Great teamwork especially during the whole pandemic. Definitely recommend the telemed service, which can reduce the exposure to COVID. Protect yourself and everyone else!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
