Terrible services! I went into the office in person to make an appointment for my mother a whole month ago. They told me that the doctor is going to go to vacation for two weeks. So I made an appointment for when he comes back. On the day of the appointment, my mother already headed over for her appointment, 10 minutes before her appointment, the office called and told us that the doctor is not available. Very unprofessional and unreliable! Cannot recommend him to anyone who’s life depends on it. If I could give it a zero or negative star, I would.
The wait is unbelievable you wait almost 2hrs for follow up appointments!
I come to my appointment only to be greeted by Lucrecia who had the worst attitude and kept telling me she was on lunch! How very unprofessional to first of all eat in the front desk then be rude because your on your lunch and don't want to be bothered! People come here too be treated for health issues on top of that we don't need a bad attitude! Lucrecia change your job because you clearly do not belong in an oncologist center! She was being mean to other pts who were coming in for treatment! So unnecessary and very sad. Dr Reynolds is amazing and great and making you feel at ease! Hopefully she can adjust the way she handles patient care.
They cancelled my appointment twice now and they want me to go to Riverside which is too far for me and I hate the IE. I have cervical cancer but they dont care and I give up trying to see anyone cuz I figure I'm meant to die this way, w/e....

The multiple times I've come they have always been nice but this last time, I would have to say the Reynolds Thomas could of been kore professional.. I had questions but I felt rushed ...I waited almost 40 min for him to see me even tho I had an appointment. that was fine, but I didn't appreciate him rushing me out the door he literally was like "BYE" even tho I still had concerns and answered a call. One word RUDE
I have been with oncology institute for 2 years and my 2 doctors have quit and now I have a new doctor again who’s offices don’t answer the phones at all , don’t schedule treatment and seems like it’s falling apart . If you want to be taken care of go elsewhere
I am infinitely grateful to Dr. Reynolds, Dr. Ortiz and all the staff who helped me with my treatment from the first day I put myself in their hands. Thank God, my husband, my son, my family, my true friends for his prayers. Although after chemotherapy leaves sequelae at least the cancer has disappeared but I follow my routine control. I have no complaints against either The Oncology Institute or the Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, more than a big thank you.🙏🙏👍❤🏥🏩
I had an appointment at 4 but wasn't called in until 4:50. The doctor saw me at 5. I must say having to go from appointment to appointment I can tell when I have a good doctor who cares about doing a good job. Dr. Reynolds was worth the annoying wait. He's very experienced and familiar with his craft. Do be warned he is not afraid to cuss(not at you, just in general) and he speaks very fast. Honestly you're going to be waiting past your appointment in any waiting room you go to. I would give the doctor 4.5 stars, the facility 4 stars, and the reception 3 stars because I had to call several times and they made things confusing because they're very busy. But if you are firm with them, get the appointment you want and see Dr.Reynolds

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
