Made an appointment using their online service through their website. Received text confirmation about my appointment. I show up only to be told that this location is closed and only service they provide here is Covid testing. They directed me to their Downey location Very disappointed. Their website should be updated!

I set up an appointment through the Solv service so I could meet with a new physician. They don't have any physicians or PAs on staff and are only doing covid tests, which, is not on their website for this location.

Horrible service the Indian man that I spoke to said I das to pay over the phone for my Covid-19 test was very insistent for me to pay I told him I wasn’t gonna pay it cause I have insurance he said it doesn’t matter you still need to pay

I made an appointment for my 3 month old for a COVID test last Wednesday 1/5/22 it is now 1/11/22 it should not take that long for a test I need to know if he has COVID or not you guys are the worst never again will I pay for a test from you guys and never Receive results waste of $50
