Me and my brother went to Urgent care doctors office in West Covina. I tripped and fell and got injured after I went to the grocery store. we talked with nurse and the doctor. nice doctor and nurse will visit again.

It wasn’t crowded when I came here on a Thursday in the early afternoon. The medical staff diagnosed my ailment and offered me a solution. They accepted my insurance, which was great.

Clean, modern facility. (Though the neighborhood seemed a little beaten down.) Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff. During my first visit the doctor was great; took time in checking me out, as well as time and care in explaining what she found and what she was prescribing.UPDATE: I went a second time, and had a different doctor this time. She was not interested in asking me questions or hearing what I was experiencing. Example:Doctor: "You don't have a fever so you don't have an infection."Me: "That's because I took 800 milligrams of ibuprofen 45 minutes ago."It turned out I actually had pneumonia, which she wouldn't have found if I didn't argue with her.

My first time visiting this location. Was very pleased. The service was immediate, and the level of professionalism was appreciated . I would definitely recommend my family and Friends to this location, I will make this location my go to urgent care From now on.

Fantastic staff! They sure are caring and are willing to help with anything. I went in with a foot injury and they got me taken care of on the spot, they wheeled me out to the xray room and gave me a CD within 15 minutes. Sergio in administration was very helpful! Definitely would go back, thank you!
