Virgilio Soriano's Online Review Report Card

I've been a patient of Dr. Soriano for many years and have had nothing but great experiences when seeking help here. No one ever wants to go visit a doctors office, it can be nerve wrecking and difficult to do but trust that the people here will take good care of you. Most recently Kimberly Soriano has been helping me and she is wonderful, she makes you feel at ease and truly cares about her patients.

I've been going to the Soriano family for all my health care needs since 2010. Dr. Soriano is friendly, kind, and has a heart o gold. If you want someone who really takes his time to get to know his patients and gives quality care then go to him.In addition, recently he hired a NP Kimberly who really spends time with teaching and education. I never feel rushed out of the office when I'm there. The first few appointments, I felt like I was waiting longer then I wanted to but then I kept seeing patients leave with smiles on their faces. I heard that there are patients going to Dr. Soriano for 30 years!! Tip: it's better to make an appointment early first thing in the morning or right after lunch if you're a little bit more short on time but just be patient because this office is worth it.

Horrible not only did I have to wait over an our after my appointment time. All I was there for was antibiotics and topical cream and he would not give me them and he didn't check me or look at me at all just said no. What kind of doctor denies you without examining you? No wonder my in laws decided to go to another doctor. And it's a sweat box in there so cheap they don't even run the air conditioner.

My experience is about a 15 minute wait for the blood pressure reading and another 15-30 for the doctor, I consider that a minimal wait to get attention in this day and age. Dr.Siriano Virgillio has been my doctor for about three years. In 2010, I went in for chest pains, sores that were taking much to long to heal and I was feeling very weak and tired. Dr. Virgillio did treat my high blood pressure in a positive manner, I did not know I had Hypertension but I do not feel I was getting good results or tested for my other medical problems at that time, I should have gone to the emergency at the hospital for the chess pains but sometime the wait in the emergency is longer than a doctors office, besides, I hate to go to emergency rooms. I do respect the fact that Dr.Virgillio took me on as a patient with very short notice, I am not one to go to a doctor for every little thing nor do I need a doctor on a monthly or bimonthly basis so as a result I had not made an appointment in about a year. In February 2012, I felt I needed to see a doctor as I was out of high blood pressure medication and it was time for a check up, I tried searching for another doctor on the Internet but I was over whelmed by all the vast number of doctors and I gave up. I decided to go back to Dr.Virgillio, when I tried to make the appointment the assistant told me "the doctor's office sent me a letter the first of this year and the office would send me another letter since I mentioned I never received the first", there was no appointment made at that time. I didn't expect to receive a letter from the doctor's office 2 days later and a second letter 4 days later dropping me as a patient. The letters both stated the exact words, "the doctor's office had left several messages on my phone and sent me a letter at the very beginning of 2012, as a result of my not responding the doctor would no longer see me as a patient and recommend I find another doctor". The fact is, there was one message on my phone at the first of this year reminding me I should set up a appointment and absolutely no letter at that time dropping me as a patient. I don't understand why the office didn't have the nerve to tell me they were dropping me as a patient on the phone before sending the letters. In any event, I have moved on and found another doctor as one would expect.
