Dr. Nadel is a brilliant and empathetic orthopedist. Our family is blessed to have him in our corner. You could not ask for a better orthopedist! 10/10!

Doctor Bachner seems to have little faith in the human body. Came in after I dislocated my shoulder, for the first time (I'm 34). He suggested surgery to "make sure it doesn't happen again", and he told me to wear this giant unit of an "ultra sling" for 3 weeks (4 weeks total). 4 full weeks of NO activity for a simple, "clean" dislocation with nothing torn or broken seems a little much. Also, masks in 2024 y'all! Again, no trust in the human body at all. Just good ol American health interventions: surgery, meds, and masks.

Dr. Kirchmann was amazing! Helped me with understanding my x rays and paper work. Took good care of me and my needs

It was a pleasure speaking with Tammy Torres. She is a caliber to start my appreciation on the way she handle and perform her job as a scheduler. I was able to get all the necessary requirements that I needed for my upcoming surgery. Professionally and very articulate in every aspect. The knowledge on her job again in every aspect. Dr Kevin Nadel, I have been practicing Medicine as a Physicians Assistant PA-C, for 40 years and have worked with a lot of Orthopedist. But when it came to the time I needed my right shoulder RCT 2019 repair the result was great. He got me back to playing tennis again when other Orthos said to give it up. January 2023 I injured my right knee tore medial meniscus and Dr Nadel just scoped me this March. I am a return patient cause he is the best. You want the best results, he's the guy! Dr. Rana completed my surgery on my hip. The office and surgical staff who work with Dr. Rana are helpful. My surgery was very successful and four months later I'm back riding bike and hiking, something I really was not sure I'd be able to do again. Thanks to the entire team for getting me back to an active life again!

The customer service at this center is an absolute JOKE. They get you in for Surgery fine but after that when you need something after or have questions, they talk over you and cut you off before you can even finish what you say and sound irritated to answer simple questions. I can't speak for all offices but the West Hills one is 0/10

This is regarding my initial, almost, visit. I spent a fair amount of time on the phone with the office manager for multiple offices in the area trying to get clarification about the constantly changing Covid rules in California and what I needed to do to see Dr. Bachner. After a lengthy discussion including the office manager receiving clarification from Dr. Bachner ("The Doctor") about keeping the third appointment I thought I was good to go - until I showed up at the office. I was being asked the same questions that I hade clarified three or four times previously about Covid exposure, etc. I answered 100% honestly. They then proceeded to start asking a lot of other questions so I asked if this is in the chart and if they had read the chart. I received no response to my questions, in fact Kerry stood up and walked away without responding. BTW - never did to see or even talk with the Dr. to ask a simple 30 second questions. the office staff refused to even ask him if could come out. Oh, the office manager, Adriana, is a self-centered, arrogant, individual who does not care how she treats people or if they leave and never come back. The office staff would not answer questions, I was talking to Kerry, when I asked and did not even acknowledge me when I said I needed to use the restroom. I would give the office staff a negative number as a review. Unless have the patience of Job to deal with the office staff Stay FAR, FAR away.
