I got injured back on 05/08/2022. I went to Dr. Candela's office in West Hills. Candela diagnosed me with an "Adductor Tendinitis" within the first 3 minutes without physicals evaluation. I mentioned a about my hernias on both sides. Upset He asked to drop my pants in front of the lady accompanying him. He checked the scrotum and affirmed it was the Adductor. He wrote it down on his business card. He set a two weeks follow up. On the follow up day, he didn't remember the reason for the follow. I mentioned the "Adductor Tendinitis". He asked me to drop my pants but this time, he robbed my belly instead. It could had been done with pants on. Then he order a CT scan and bloodwork . I asked something for the pain. He said that was on primary MD instead. Now, his assistant told my MD assistant they found nothing wrong with me at all and no need for pain medication. So if I am fine why a CT scans? It's all about revenue not health. The manager is very unprofessional & rude

When you call you are greeted with the most annoying robot woman voice ever. Wish they would have the regular people answering the phone or at least get rid of that disgusting robot voice, literally makes me feel sick to my stomach and I just tried to call today and nobody was there and it said to leave a message than it hangs up before you can even try

This guy. Don't get me started. He operated on me and it's terrifying that i even made it through. He is the single most worst surgeon that there is. He is harassing me on top of hurting me. Oh and the office staff is like a bunch of mean high school girls. plus? He LIED. Said that he prescribed me medicine for pain after my surgery when he simply DID NOT. it was so bizarre. Take it from me. You will be lucky to be alive if you get stuck with this guy.

This surgeon lied to my face about my own health. He swore he prescribed pain meds to me after refusing to. It was so bizarre! Frank Candela is the shadiest surgeon out there. He had nurses making fun of me in surgery. He is extremely unprofessional. I had to go to his office and the staff there are like mean high school girls. in his orbit everyone is terrible. how pathetic of a life.

i had to have emergency surgery and this is who did it. He lectured me and was rude to me constantly while in the hospital. He refused to prescribe me pain meds afterwards too. He said that the Cures system wouldn’t let him. that the system cancelled them?! yeah right! it’s akin to assault. Plus he is full of it bc he would prescribe them today either, lol. what? run away!
