I have used Dr. Matthew as a GI doctor for many years and in the last few years when my long term primary physician, he assume that role as well. he is an old fashioned doctor in the best sense, yet he also stays abreast of current developments. In cases of emergency he has been unbelievably responsive. I had. DVT on vacation in Maui and he coaches me through the process as their ER was not up to snuff. The office staff is also excellent. I cannot think of a finer doctor.

Dr. Matthew is a very kind, nice & easy to talk with. I had my 3rd colonoscopy with him and he made me feel very calm. It is a pleasure to have a Dr. that I can trust.

Dr Matthew has been my gastroenterologist since 1985. He is an extremely knowledgeable doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. He always tells me to put things in perspective. I had to leave his practice for 6 years when we were forced to buy insurance. We ended up with Kaiser and overall they’re fine, but when anything serious comes up you have to wait months to see your specialist doctor. Anyway my first thought was to return to Dr Matthew and pay cash. So glad I did. He’s on it.

I was a patient of Dr. Matthew about 8 years ago, for several years before that. He was my source for preventative medicine for an ongoing period.He was very through with my treatments and I had complete confidence in his ability to diagnose and provide treatment when necessary.When I required medical attention his expertise came to mind I didn't hesitate to contact his practice for an appointment. His diagnosis andprescription for my malady was just what was necessary. I was on the mend that evening. I have continued to follow his instructions and have not had any recurring problems. I would not hesitate to recommend himfor similar needed care.

Dr. Matthew listens, shares information and cares for my health. I could not have a better doctor and I have great confidence with his suggestions and actions taken. The office staff and nurse are also ready to help me in any way.

I highly, highly, highly recommend Dr Jonathan Matthew as a gastroenterologist. He is extremely knowledgeable, intelligent, experienced, respectful, kind, warm, calming, gentle, understanding, and patient. He explains everything with calming and understandable words. He does everything he can do to make sure the patient is comfortable and calm. He is an EXCELLENT doctor! I am also very appreciative of his office staff and his nurse. A very special Thank You to Dr Matthew and his staff for your EXCELLENT care and hard work, always.... and especially during the Covid Pandemic. All of you are Heroes. You are appreciated, admired, and respected.
