The M3 staff are all very friendly and helpful. Chad is a great physical therapist that assisted me to resume my regular regimen and ready in time for me to be back on the slopes safely. I would recommend Chad or Lelani to rehab you back to health.

M3 was awesome. They helped me get back to doing what I love. Playing hockey and feeling good.

Dr. Lona and his staff are very attentive, competent and efficient in all aspects of treatment. I felt taken care of from the time I walked in the office and supported in my treatment every step of the way. I received individualized home work to continue the work at home to maximize the outcomes. I highly recommend M3 Physical Therapy for a personalized and kind experience.

I really appreciated my treatment here for chronic knee pain I’ve been having throughout my life. I’m in my late 20s so I figured getting it checked out now would be helpful in the long run. I was treated by both Chad and Cathy. They created a really great treatment plan for me, have amazing bedside mannerisms, and are just outright amazing people. Being here felt like being part of the family. Jessica who works up front is also an absolute sweetheart. I really liked that everyone knew me on a first name basis and was so familiar with me and my treatment. It’s definitely a well run facility with great therapists. If you have any sort of discomfort or pain I highly recommend checking out M3. It’s also SO clean, you see them sanitize everything after each patient and know it’s a safe environment in these testy times

M3 gives you top-notch attention and care. They want to make sure you are making progress, and their therapists are so caring and skilled. Personally, I’ve been struggling with pain for a long time. Every session I am asked what kind of pain I’ve been in since our last session, and how much progress I’ve made. These same things are reassessed at the end of my session. I can’t thank Leilani and Kathy enough. In addition, the therapy rooms are calming and comfortable and the workout space is really nice,

I was having pretty severe back pain and after about two months of treatment, it’s totally gone. Leilani is terrific and none of the exercises she gave me were that hard but they were very effective.

M3 is the best! Cathy is extremely attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. My experience with her has been so positive and helpful. I worked with Cathy at M3 for several months after I had surgery on my broken elbow. Cathy is a wonderful physical therapist; she's extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to meet your goals and needs during treatment. She created detailed exercise plans to help me reach my goals and was always so positive and enthusiastic about my recovery progress. I was able to gain most of my strength and mobility in my elbow back after my time at M3. I highly recommend Cathy at M3!
