Dr Guiv was very rude, abrasive, and not collaborative at all. I was very disappointed because I was hoping to have a visit with a doctor who spoke kindly and offered care and compassion for their patients.

I was a new client. Referred to me by my Dr. She seemed okay until I was telling her what was going on with me. I felt like she was rushing and not listening to what my issues are. She asked me questions about my meds. This is when she started treating me like she was in a very bad mood. She admonished me for when or how I take my meds. She was correcting me like I didn't know my meds. I told her one of the OTC meds didn't work for me, but she shoved the same thing. Then when she asked me when I had my last endoscopy, things got worse. I told her I don't remember the exact date or year. She starts insulting me by saying why I couldn't remember the date. She said she can remember what she did last.. She went off on me for not knowing the date and year for my last endoscopy. The whole time she had the medical info in her laptop. She didn't tell me this and just went off reading the notes from my last Dr. I kept telling her something is not right and she tells me everything is normal and I don't need to have another procedure done for 10years. She dismissed what I was trying to tell her. I felt rushed thru out the appt. After she she left I complained to the med asst about my horrible experience with her. She was confrontational, condescending, insulting, verbally abusive and disrespectful to me. I didn't get the answer I needed.

I went to meet Dr Guiv for a consultation because my other gastroenterologist retired. I loved her personality and professionalism. She is very easy to talk to. We have found our new Dr!

Dr Guiv is a kind and genuine Doctor. She is very straight forward and professional. Hi highly recommend her.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Guiv. She is no-nonesense and direct to the point. No wishy-washy sugar-coated waste of my time. She is thorough, kind, and intelligent. I recommend her to anyone who needs a GI.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Guiv. After almost two hours of waiting, I saw her and the whole time she was so aggressive and yelling at me. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. She would ask me a question and when I answered she said "that's not my concern, take it up with your other doctor. I don't care about that" so why would she ask me and then get mad at me for answering?? My dad called her to talk to her and she said I can go see another doctor. I left her office in tears, I've never had such a bad experience with a doctor before. I'm beyond shocked. She belittled me the entire time.

I had a recent in office appointment with Dr Guiv and found her to be so helpful and kind and I know she has a very good reputation-I did not feel rushed at all while talking about my health.I will be planning a colonoscopy with her.

Dr. Guiv was very thorough and helped to get to the root cause of the issue. She is so professional and such a cool person to talk to. I felt comfortable yet that she was there to get the job done. Her sole purpose was to diagnose me and to help me. I trusted her and loved my experience there. 10/10 would recommend!
