I took my father to see Dr. Shoffet. She definitely is #1 in her field. The reviews don’t lie! She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive.

I initially went to her expecting a professional and comfortable dental experience, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. While she did complete the work on my teeth, the overall experience was unnecessarily painful and deeply uncomfortable. I’ve had extensive dental work done in the past, and I can confidently say I have never experienced this level of discomfort for procedures that should have been routine. The amount of pressure applied and the lack of care for patient comfort was alarming. What made the situation even worse was the constant and highly inappropriate commentary throughout the appointment. Instead of focusing on patient care, she repeatedly talked about money, insurance coverage, how much effort she was putting in, and how stressed she was. This kind of dialogue is not only irrelevant to the patient, but also extremely unprofessional. Patients should never be made to feel like they are a financial burden or part of a stressful transaction. Even more concerning, she continuously discussed whether each step was covered by insurance while actively working on my teeth. This created an environment that felt transactional rather than medical, and frankly, quite uncomfortable. A dentist’s role is to provide care, not to turn a procedure into a running commentary about billing. Overall, the lack of professionalism, combined with the physical discomfort, made this one of the worst dental experiences I’ve had. I would strongly caution anyone who values patient care, professionalism, and a pain-free experience to consider other options.

Such an amazing experience with Dr. Roya Shoffet and her staff scheduled an appointment to get my teeth bleached during my lunch break. Such a wonderful experience no pain and was able to get back to work. My husband also came in so appreciated that we're able to accommodate him as well in this busy world. Our best experience was making the time to come in and get our oral and dental care treatments provide at Royal dental practice in West Hills.

This dental office is very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! They are especially great with their elderly and memory-care patients. The in office and mobile appointment options make getting your loved ones the oral care they need very accessible.
