First of all super dirty for an urgent care and very unprofessional as well. Puts you in a room and lets you wait there for hours without updates . Dont waste your time and money Go to the one in platt village.

New people running it and they are slooooooow. This used to be a reliable and quick and efficient place. We went in to get a PCR test for my daughter so she could go to a show and it took 30 mins. Also the facilities are dirty now. Evidently they switched owners only 11 days ago.

Stay away. Rude front office staff and incompetent doctors. Misdiagnosed me and gave me wrong medication. Thank goodness I picked up on their incompetence and went to Emergency Room immediately afterwards where they correctly diagnosed and treated me. This is urgent care also has a horrible system for covid tests. its literally good for nothing

Your ER procedures are a joke 5 hrs. Waiting and never seen by a doctor. When you can’t swallow from a possible allergic reaction gagging with every attempt should be a good reason for a doctor to examine you and not just have some admin try to give me a pill WHEN I CAN’T SWALLOW

Usually less wait then most urgent cares. They have their own x ray so its a good place to go if you think you might have a broken bone.
