In shock . Tonia who works there just yelled all me and hung up in my face . The second time she has been very rude to me . I'm so surprised by the terrible customer service . Wow .

Ужасное качество обслуживания! Манера общения в приемной хамская и пренебрежительная. Платить деньги таким желания нет! Если хотите оказаться в СССР то это отличный выбор! Не буду судить о профессионализме врача, но пообщавшись с приемной и самим врачом, рисковать не стал.

Very nice doctor, and nurse and employees were exceptionally nice. They spoke to me in English but the doctor is Russian and his employees speak Russian among themselves. I recommend them, more so if Russian because I needed to speak to doctor in plain language.As you can see from the photos I have uploaded there is nothing fancy about the office look and feel, but I didn't care. It is not even in my top ten of what makes for a good doctor.Appointment wait time is approximately 1 week, 2 weeks at most. I have seen a person walk in without an appointment, if it is urgent. While other doctors may say they are too booked and send you to hospital emergency room or Urgent Care, the staff graciously accommodated him. This puts me at ease, if you wake up sick or your child is sick they will not dump you on someone else.There were a couple of people waiting when I came in but was seen within 15 minutes. Another two people, different ones, when I left. My second time, 4 people were waiting. They don't seem to overbook and move fast.I hope non of us need a doctor, but if you are sick, worry that you may be sick or just going for the annual physical I highly recommend Dr. Shemer. Plus his staff were great, extremely friendly and professional.

Saw Dr. Shemer for the first time on today. Excellent a Dr. Took the time out to listen to my questions and concerns. Also was able to refer me to other doctors in other areas other areas of treatment that I need it. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that I know the staff is very sweet and very helpful took the time out to locate the office also their phone numbers and help scheduled a doctor's appointment for me.
