List of Brentview Medical Urgent Care's Reviews
Very friendly and helpful staff. Lindsay was my PA and although they were busy when I went in she sat down and took her time answering all questions and provided amazing care.
I went there for Covid testing. I am used to wait times measured in hours at an urgent car, but as a walk-in I was seen in about 1/2 hour. The nurse answered all my questions, and I got the results of the Rapid Antigen Test a half hour after I left there. In addition the place was clean, modern and bright. In all, it was a good experience and I highly recommend them.
Staff is amazing here. Very attentive to my symptoms and concerns, and prompt with referrals to specialists.
They REALLY need to have better communication at the front desk. Complete farce just trying to get covid test done. Everyone is rude and disorganized and they let people ramble on and on at the front desk with no concern for people who are waiting. Time estimates are completely inaccurate. The nurse had zero information about the test I was taking. The “Dr” just stood in the doorway, barely looked at me and was dismissive and completely unhelpful,
Great service. Wonderful friendly doctors that respond on time. Great staff. I must add that because of the surge of Omicron the staff is overwhelmed as are the labs with getting results back…I must say that despite the circumstances the staff continues to work hard in a calm and patient manner to try and provide not only current clients but the abundance of new people that sign in as well!
My rapid covid test was $500!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!!!
During these crazy times finding a local, reputable medical clinic is not easy. I live in Los Angeles and discovered Brentview Medical in my neighborhood. I cannot stress enough how terrific this clinic is. They are an amazing COVID-19 resource for testing, treatment and medical care. Azita, the Office Manager is professional, compassionate and runs a serious operation. Dr. Darvish consulted with me and I was so impressed with his expertise and knowledge of all things COVID. I felt so reassured and anted to share this with anyone looking for a clinic - this spot is gold.
Had an appointment at 12:23. It’s now past 2pm. Haven’t been seen and lack of communication from staff. I get it’s covid and busy but why put up appointment times when they can’t be kept?
Don’t come here for a Covid test. Receptionists are unable to keep track of who is next in line. Was there 2.5 hours despite and the waiting room is full. They don’t have the staff to handle both testing and an urgent care. There are far better places in the area to get your test done even if it costs $20-30 more
I arrived just before 9 am on a Tuesday morning. I waited an hour to be seen with only one person ahead of me. I spent another hour and a half in the exam room for a few throat cultures, rapid test and a blood draw.I was told my labs would be ready in about 24 hours. They started me on an antibiotic they hoped would cover what I needed. I called 3 times a day for the rest of the week with no results until Friday at the end of the day where I was told they only had one test back and they would call me when they had the results of the others. Fast forward to the next week, I still have not heard from a provider. I am still presenting symptoms. I still dont know if I’ve been taking the right antibiotic this entire time, or if I need to be on a second round of something. When I called the office after a WEEK of not hearing from anyone the receptionist proceeds to bark at me for my frustration in not getting a call back in regards to my lab results, as well as not being informed of further treatment protocol.I still have no idea what I’m being treated for.The providers, if you can get one of them to call you back, are fine. The front desk staff is short and unpleasant.10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. Go to UrgentMed or a UC located at a hospital.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
