The most unprofessional doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. Appointments cancelled last minute, prescriptions refills ignored, dirty & dingy office. Wouldn’t go back if I were dying.

Truly horrible experience. A man kept walking in and out of my room while the door was open the whole time. I went as a new patient and wasn't weighed or measured. My concerns were chalked up to anxiety. Will never be going back and dont reccomend.

My appointment was cancelled the day of for not providing an insurance card. I provided my coverage number, as my insurance is new(ish) and I have not yet received a card. I confirmed with my insurance no one at their office had reached out to confirm my coverage, and the receptionist would take nothing less than the card itself. Insurance is not a prerequisite for medical care...

The best !!! Olga the front desk lady is very nice , the doctor Elena VeryNice she really care for the patient definitely , she take the time to give the best treatment for the patient , I do apréciate thank you so much dr Elena because you are one of the best doctor!!!!

I'd like to write a review because I saw this doctor online and most of the reviews were really good. I'm having my first appointment tomorrow with them. I did have one problem with a young girl at the desk who did give me wrong information about the doctor going away getting the dates wrong.However i did get my appointment call today the day before, not 15 min before the appointment as the other lady wrote. Also it's just like seeing a therapist for anyone else you have to write down you're times and go early. The office was correct to say go to an emergency room or she could have just called later, also not make the appointment when driving. So the person that wrote that isnt correct to blame the staff on that. I'm giving them a shot still since i was unhappy with another clinic I went to where I never even saw the physician and only saw assistants. I've stopped to going to one on Hollywood Blvd. I would say it seems desk staff can be a hit or miss at these places but it also gets busy.
