STAY AWAY! I waited like 3 months to get an appointment for this Friday. I received a text on Monday canceling my appointment with no real, actual explanation. Unprofessional. When I tried rescheduling in the next month, the secretary told me “nothing is available.” Seriously?! Unprofessional and rude. Imagine how I would have been treated as a patient had I actually gotten to see the doctor! Imagine if it was me canceling? I would have been charged!This office is disorganized and downright cruel. I was in tears because I have three urgent skin issues that need serious treatment and they wasted so much of my time. And now I have to start all over with my search.

She was not professional. I had to come back to her for something that she didn't do correctly on the first visit and she wanted to charge me and even gave me a great deal of attitude as if I was the person in the wrong.  I think that everyone swerves a bit of respect and kindness.

So happy with my visits with Dr Abuav was referred by my primary doctor and have too say she very gentle and office staff is nice

In reviewing Dr. Abuav Yelp reviews, I'm blown away that anyone would give Dr. Aduav, or her staff anything less than 5 stars.  Outstanding experience.  It was my first visit to Dr. Abuav and I was going for a general check up.  I found Dr. Abuav to be pleasant, kind and compassionate, exceptionally thorough and highly efficient.  She explained in easy to understand detail, all that she was doing and the results accordingly throughout the examination.  The front office staff was also extremely kind and quite efficient.  It appeared to me that the front office ran like a "well oiled machine".  I've been to a number of Dermatologists in Beverly Hills over the years.   I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Abuav as one of, if not the best I have ever been to.

I've been a patient of this practice 2016. Besides for the fact that it's been difficult to make an appointment, I finally got an appointment one month in advance. When I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment I had to wait another 30 minutes before being seen. There's no common courtesy to call the patients prior to the appointment to let them know they're running late. I even asked before going into my appointment if they were running late. On top of that, my husband had a rash that I had called to make an emergency appointment for which they never called back to schedule or follow up. Very unimpressed by the standard of care of this practice.

God sent! Amazing Dr! She has gone above and beyond for my mom and continues to make sure she being cared for. She has done more these past few months than any other Dr. we love and appreciate you Dr. Abuav. Patient Sandra Solis De Martinez
