I wanted to like this place, I heard it was a good program from friends who went there years ago. Is NOT a good place anymore. New staff is terrible. They lied and said I would have NO copay when I went. After 5 weeks, I decided to seek treatment elsewhere at a facility with trained staff. Twin Town then informed me I would have to pay $800 copay! I reminded them of the conversation we had during our first meeting. They pointed to paperwork they had me sign when during my intake. Paperwork they hurried me through and talked to me about a zero copay while pushing me to sign before I could carefully read anything. I swear to god, I've had a better experience buying a used car than coming to this place.

This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and a waste of my time. I don't want to be rude about the staff, but their under qualified and over extended, and some of them should NOT be pursuing a career in treatment. I don't really take the time to write reviews, I'm not a "Karen", but people should be warned about this place. My advice to other addicts seeking treatment: take your time to vet any treatment facility you're considering. Don't let yourself be taken advantage of.

I came to Twin Town after 30 days of rehab. I needed to continue the same vigorous work I experienced in rehab.I was seen on Labor Day(no days off for addiction). And began my Intensive Out-Patient Treatment immediately.The support and education I have received at Twin Town has been wonderful. I view all fellow "group" participants and counselors as my "family". It has been remarkably easy because of the "safe" space provided by all.I have been sober for 100 days. A blip in a lifetime of addiction.Yet, the profound change, with the love and support of all at Twin Town, is nothing short of miraculous.Do not hesitate to get help if you are in need. Life is full of possibility.Twin Town continues to make my life work.
