Unlike the other negative comments, they’re doing actually quite alright for me! I’ve been using this place for my kids and my pregnancy check ups. Everyone and the staff at the front desk are nice!

Call them for making an appointment or for a question and they will put you on hold for half an hour and then whatever you ask, they want you to hang up and call again in the evening or the next morning so that some other representative would have to deal with you. All the representative ladies on their phones seem lazy and unwilling to help. They all seem irritated and annoyed. Guess what? Nobody wants to talk to you ladies at Salud clinic phones, we call because we need help. Talking to you is not our hobby or desire.

Dr. mellisa best med ceo named by sac biz journal. manages by wondering around harvard business school terminology. Dr. jeremy johnson best doctor ever understands my med needs. i see him as professor at uc davis shool of medicine someday while still seeing patients. michael c @ salud pharmacy is the best pharmacist. we enjoy talking nice things about michael's superior and compassionate pharmacuetical dispense service. i have renamed him as saint michael of pharmacy dispersement.thank you to the rest of the staff who treats my med patient requirements excellent. I will publicly and positively state all the wonderfull names of this fine clinic that serves my med needs superior. Waited for 30 min in call to schedule an appointment, at the end when the receptionist picked my call, she disconnected my call. Then I was calling again and says the hold time is 20 min. I will never go again at there to schedule appointment with them. I am going to find another clinic. If I am wasting that much time in scheduling appointment, I don’t know that how long it will take in referring to another doctor. BS!

Horrible scheduling , rude and unprofessional front desk staff. Lot of games played-and lies are told you as a patient. Staff can go careless about patient scheduling and have no accountability to take care of you as patient. They will cancel , change appointments without confronting patient. I have had number of times staff that staff made wrong appointments for my kids. And upon speaking to manager about your concern nothing is solved or taking care off. It seems like. I one is listening and they can go careless about ur appointments. I am looking forward to change my kids dr. I will highly recommend not to go To this Clinic for your loved once’s care.

Though I love nurses and doctors that help us, the front desk people seem to have a bad attitude, specially Xia, she always gives bad information, seems to not want to answer our questions, she’s condescended and does not provide clear information. This is nothing like the Davis clinic I used to go and miss. Been dealing with them because of the referrals we had and didn’t want to lose them but I’m tired of their service. Will miss their nurses but we need better information/services.

They need to fix the kids room that is in the waiting room. My son cut his fingers on they broken toys there, The kitchen sinks and the broken bus.

Patient need to be wait for an our in side the room to see the doctor. It is terrible.

Worse service ever with very rude and unprofessional front desk staff. It is not my first time that I call to make appointments and the receptionist hangs up the phone. Today I called Salud Clinic at 9:56 in the morning to make an appointment but for no reason after 5 minutes waiting on the line the person hanged up the phone after I explained and answered everything she asked. I don’t know why these receptionists act like if they are better than everyone. So disappointed 👎👎👎👎

This place have get so much better! From the doctors, dentists, staffs and counselors. They have work ao hard on making the people more welcome. Everytime my daugthers or I need appoitments they are their for me to help me. They are some great doctor that are their to help and care for you. The dentists are nice and friendly and they always take care of all my needs and my family. The counselors are great we do not like to miss any appointment because they are very helpful. About the staff they have get lot more better they are more friendly, nicer. Come and visit this place!!!!Salud Clinic have get so much better with their doctors. I highly recomend Dr.Sosnicki, he is one of thoes doctor you will not find that not only care for his patients but will get on your shoes how you feel doctors like him is very hard to find and I higly recomend Salud Clinic him and Dr. Mc Govern exelent doctors.
