I would give this office 10 stars if I could. I was a new patient and the office staff worked tirelessly to move my appointment up in the busy schedule. They were kind and thoughtful and realized I needed help. Thank you!Meeting Dr Mikaelian was a joy. He discovered the problem immediately and scheduled an "in office" surgery as soon as possible - less than 48 hours. The surgery was quick and flawless. He is professional, efficient and trustworthy. We are fortunate to have such a talented and progressive ENT doctor in our local area.

Dr. Mikaelian has been treating me for 5 years and he is the best.

Wonderful ENT. Scheduling is easy and they really worked with me to get us in when we were in a bind. Dr. Mikaelian was so good with our boys (ages 2 and 4 at the time), he didn't baby talk them but managed to charm them and left them feeling comfortable and confident! Highly recommend!

My husband went to his office to check the ears hearing and hoped to find problems, instead of diagnosis of issues, this doctor just took out ear wax. Then later charged us hundreds of dollars. Stay away from this office and this doctor.

I tried two other doctors in the LA city area and they were horrible. A friend of mine lives in Westlake told me to go to Dr Mikaelian and he was awesome. He has now been my ent dr for a year. He asks lots of questions and actually cares about the patient and fixes or help the ent problem. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Mikaelian truly is the best ENT doctor in Westlake. He has significantly improved my overall quality of life, and I will surely return should any other needs arise. I would highly recommend Dr. Mikaelian to anyone for anything ENT-related. He is deeply knowledgable in his profession, straight-forward, and genuinely cares. My father was a patient at this office and he called called this place and asked for his medical records to be sent to his new dr and the rude woman that works there said she did not have to provide him with records because they were in storage. She said she would have to "waste her time and driving" to go to the storage place to get his records. She said he had to pay for her time to go to their storage unit to retrieve his medical records. She said she wanted 75.00 dollars to allow him to see a copy of his own medical records. She proceeded to berate and treat him like a scorned child. Beware of this place. This woman I believe is the Drs wife as she said she is the one in charge!

Before I decided to see Dr. Mikaelian, I was falsely diagnosed with an outer ear infection in both ears. I was prescribed four different ear drops that never worked over the past 8 months. I always thought it was my fault because maybe I was putting it in wrong or I was accidentally touching it and making it worse. When I saw Dr. Mikaelian he immediately knew it was not an ear infection and diagnosed it as a skin condition of the ear canal. He was very knowledgeable and professional and showed me detailed pictures so I can understand better. He seems like he really cares about his patients!

He should lose his medical license. Due to his negligence the cancer advanced to stage 4. He has forever altered the lives of our family, and potentially taken a life, with his extreme gross negligence. He guaranteed us it was not cancer. He was 100% wrong. If you care about your health, please go elsewhere.
