I had to find a new dermatologist when the one I had been with for 7 years stopped taking my insurance. After doing some research, I chose Dr. Rausch and am glad I did. She is very good and takes the time to explain what is going on with my dermatologically-challenged body. This is so refreshing after being on a medical assembly line for seven years. Thank you Dr. Rausch.

My 4 yo daughter and I went to see Dr. Rausch last week, and she was fantastic! Extremely thorough, answered all my questions and gave advice without being condescending, great bedside manner. Patient and caring with my daughter who had to have a small place removed on her face. I've seen several dermatologists over the years of military life, and she was by far the best!

I am so glad that I found Dr. Rausch. I had not had the best luck with dermatologists over the past 15 years and finding her was a gem plus she was actually on my Blue of California (under Covered California) plan which I greatly appreciated. She was very, very kind, intelligent, explained everything in detail, put my nerves at ease and was gentle and compassionate. You just do not find that very often these days. When she phoned and left a message about my results she was also very clear and took her time explaining things on my voice mail so that I was not doubtful at all. She is extremely professional and her nurse, Anna, was also wonderful. Front desk staff was relatively friendly although they could have been just a tad bit more personable remembering that patients are nervous or even scared a lot of times-and since I did that very same job greeting and helping patients at a front desk for over three years I feel I have the right to say it is part of the job to be warm, inviting and put nerves at ease. They were cordial and ok but that part could have been just a bit better in all honestly but do not let it put you off from seeing this doctor. The office was very clean and the waiting room was very pretty, calm, updated and inviting which is very important. I waited to put up a review until the visit and procedure was processed through my insurance and all seemed well and fair there and done correctly without issue-another thing I greatly appreciate. I hope they continue to be a CC provider. That makes all the difference. I highly recommend this doctor.

Doctor Rausch is really very nice! I like that she makes eye contact while talking to me, rather than just staring at my zits as other dermatologists have done. She explains to me why she is prescribing things thoroughly and comprehensively. I would definitely recommend using Doctor Rausch as your dermatologist!

I really like Holly, she's patient, caring and thoughtful in her approach. She has great bedside manner and does a thorough job with the patient's best results in mind.

I have a hectic schedule and the flexibility of her schedule made it possible for me to see her sooner rather than later (I was able to have an evening appointment!) Dr. Holly Rausch is a wonderful doctor. She has fantastic beside manner, explains everything in terms that I could understand and was very thorough in her examination and explanation of possible options to resolve the issues I had. I would recommend her to anyone, she is one of the best doctors I have ever had.

I have been a patient for several years and she is by far the best dermatologist i have found. I am very quick to change doctors if I feel there is a competence issue or they are short on people skills. Dr. Rausch knows her stuff and is very compassionate and caring. I really can't stand looking for doctors. I'm glad i finally found a dermatologist I'm happy with.
