List of Exer Urgent Care's Reviews
I cannot say enough how absolutely relieved and delighted I was at my visit this morning. I had the most wonderful physician's assistant he was kind and put me at ease right away. We talked about music and it was so different from how I thought the visit would go. I highly highly recommend Exer in Westlake Village. Thank you all so much for seeing me.
The doctors and staff at all of the Excer Urgent Cares I have been to have always been excellent and good listeners.
A fabulous place to go to for a monitor even a medium medical evaluation or procedure. The people working there are very competent and friendly. It is the best urgent care I have been to and I recommend it highly.
I took my son for an appointment to check a collarbone injury and Dr. MaryAnn Trephan and staff were fantastic. Quick, informative and great bedside manner. Thanks!
I was told at the time of the visit that I didn't have a co-pay. So I let them do a urine test. Several months later they are now claiming I do have a co-pay and are charging me more than what the contracted amount of my co-pay is. I should have had the opportunity to know up front so I could decide to wait to see my primary care doctor instead of being seen. Instead I was lied to and now hounded for money. And it's more than the contracted amount actually is. Go someplace else if at all possible.
The staff is very friendly and the doctor is outstanding!

Amazingly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for routine types of medical attention.
This was the only urgent care open near me and was out of network with my insurance. I was denied access to care during the check-in process due to my mentioning of potentially using worker's comp if my knee injury permitted it (I needed a diagnosis to determine this). The front desk staff immediately became uninterested in helping me, basically said it would be a liability if they accepted me into the office, and said I could "come after them" even though I offered to pay out of my own pocket instead of using worker's comp. All I wanted was quick, compassionate care regardless of the cost. I was in severe pain and had to drive to the nearest ER and wait hours for care instead.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
