I went to Hana Accupuncture because I had shoulder pain for 2 months that did not get better over time. Hana did Accupuncture for me and cupping. The next morning I woke up with no pain. My husband and I have been going to her for years and each time the treatment is superb and recommendations are to the point! I highly recommend Hana Accupuncture. I was recommended to Hana Acupuncture by a neighbor & after my 1st visit I was very impressed by Hana's skill & expertise. That is something that is not in doubt. I wasn't a newbie to acupuncture but I hadn't done it in a long time & I thought it would be a helpful modality to add back to my healing routine. I've been pursuing health & healing for a long time so that pursuit has led me to many helpful healing protocols that feel essential to maintaining health. That said, I'm not a purist in regard to Chinese medicine, I see it as just another adjunct to healthy living. If I had written this review after my 1st few visits my rating would have been much higher. And I never like to give someone a bad review. But honestly, after my last session with Hana, I just feel I must say something. Most of the hour was spent browbeating me in criticism of various aspects of my lifestyle & habits that didn't fit into her Chinese medicine paradigm. So much so that there wasn't even time for an acupuncture session. I'm pretty sure I won't be back because of it. I think it's worthwhile to understand that most Westerners have an extensive palette of healing protocols to choose from & they see Chinese medicine as an adjunct & maybe not the be all & end all of healing. Plus some of us have jobs & schedules that may not be the perfect fit to the perfect healthy environment but we are unable to change those things & just do the best we can under those circumstances. Plus, I just don't think I could stand one more time of someone telling me I think too much. That's seriously not helpful.

When I came to Hana Acupuncture I was broken. I was physically, mentally and spiritually broken. I had previously seen other acupuncturist but none ever truly helped Or benefited me. I had bad knee pain , body aches and suffered from horrible debilitating migraines. I had given up hope. I found Hana Acupuncture and my life was transformed for ever. She successfully treated my conditions and relived me of so many symptoms. Hana is amazing! She takes great pride in her profession. She Is very caring, very detailed , attentive and always offers the best plan of service for your needs. She helped me tremendously. I continue to see her and I have been with her for three years. I love Hana! She has perfect bedside manner and actually takes the time to listen to you and tries to figure out the best way to help solve your pain. She is kind and very smart. I would recommend her any day of the week and actually have referred a couple friends to her. She's really the best in the Conejo Valley. She is also very responsive to emails and gets back to you very quickly.

Hana has been an absolute saving grace in my life since my very first appointment with her. This was my first experience with acupuncture and I'm totally hooked. I am not a fan of needles at all, but it is absolutely painless when she works on me. I originally came in for sleeping issues, along with struggles related to anxiety and depression after my Dad passing away. The benefits I have had from seeing Hana are seriously incredible. Not only have I not taken a single sleeping pill since my first appointment here, but she has also helped me with my late night food cravings and smoking cravings as well. I have lost weight since seeing Hana, and even quit drinking and smoking all because of her treatments. I am also an avid exercise enthusiast, and she has helped me with cupping on my shoulders and back along with the tendonitis I was having in my elbow. She is incredibly knowledgable and gentle, and I truly trust her opinion and expertise. It's so important to take care of your body both mentally and physically, and Hana Acupuncture has helped me make tremendous improvements in both of these areas of my life. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have seen Hana for about 3 months now for relief of lower back pain. She constantly demonstrates knowledge, compassion, and a sincere interest in my improving condition. She has a perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. Hana goes above and beyond to make sure the treatments are effective. And explains exactly what is going on during treatment which is comforting to hear especially as a patient who is new to acupuncture. I am so glad I tried acupuncture and I am very pleased with the results. Thank you Hana and team for the fantastic treatments!!
