Dr. Nelson and Jolene did an amazing job explaining our ivf process in detail and guiding us throughout the process! We had a baby boy exactly a month ago and will definitely go back to them for our next baby.

Dr Nelson and Jolene really care about their patients. During the whole process, they are very dedicated to details when providing instructions and explain everything. The procedure went smoothly with almost no after-surgery recovery pain.

My husband and I had our first appointment with Jolene and Dr. Nelson last October 2021 at HRC Fertility in Pasadena. We drove all the way from the Central Valley, because we wanted to make sure that we got excellent care. We were in good hands. The facility is amazing and both Jolene and Dr. Nelson were absolutely great to work with. Dr. Nelson was very thorough throughout the process to make sure timing and conditions were perfect. He answered our questions/provided guidance and was very trustworthy, organized, and efficient. My only critique would be that I would have liked to get more of an overview of what to expect throughout the process. I felt like every appointment had a little surprise of something I wasn't expecting for the future process. We had our baby boy on August 29th, and we have two more frozen embryos. Thank you Jolene and Dr. Nelson for making this possible. We will be back.
