Dr. Bastien is an amazingly skilled and caring physician. By far, the most gentle, and compassionate doctor I have ever been to in ANY specialty. I give him my highest recommendation without any reservation. The absolute BEST dermatologist you will ever see.

Dr. Bastien is the most gentle, compassionate, and highly skilled dermatologist you will ever see. Out of all of my doctors across every specialty, Dr. Bastien is by far my favorite. It is without any hesitation that I give him my HIGHEST recommendation.

Moved to the WLV area a year ago and had to change my docs. I had heard about Dr. Bastien and how nice he and his staff were, so I made an appt and got in pretty quickly as he had a cancellation and the wonderful Dorothy got me in! Having run many medical offices for over 20 years on the Westside including B. Hills, this office was such a nice find! I was actually kind of shocked by how nice everyone was and the time that Dr. Bastien took, along with his awesome nurse Sharon, in going over my detailed history and truly listening to my symptoms and past medical interventions in order to come up with a plan of action. I simply adore this doctor and so wished I had moved out to this area just to get his expert care! He's truly a wonderfully intelligent doctor who really wants the best for you and your situation! He even gave me detailed info on how to obtain one of my prescriptions at a cheaper rate on-line if the price at my own pharmacy was too high. Trust me, docs don't waste their time with that kind of thing. Don't even bother looking elsewhere for a Dermatologist or Derma-pathologist, as you won't find a nicer or more caring doctor in the area as well as beyond! 5 stars for this amazing doc and his staff!

Dr. Michael Bastien is the most caring and competent physician I have ever visited. He takes all the time necessary to explain what he is doing and why. He genuinely cares about his patient's health and welfare. He is highly skilled, has an amazing bedside manner, and is really nice guy. I have recommended Dr. Bastien to many of my friends and, without exception, they all have been extremely happy with the quality of care they received from him. If you are looking for an absolute top- notch dermatologist, you will not find a better doctor than Dr. Michael Bastien.

Dr Bastien makes an attempt to understand how you feel and listens to the problems with your skin. He is very professional and gives you choices for your treatment. . He has empathy and genuine care for a fast recovery. He even understands how the smallest problem can effect in your everyday life - and wants to help. You can tell he enjoys his job and helping others
