Melissa worked with my daughter who tore the labrum in her right hip. She couldn’t walk for more than a few steps, go up/down stairs on sit for any length of time without pain. Surgery was recommended by multiple doctors, but I wanted to avoid surgery. We decided to give Nexus PT a try. So thankful! She avoided surgery and got back all her function with a one month intensive. Her body is now working at maximum potential!!! Thanks to Melissa!!! I was so impressed I tried CFR! It has helped my back and neck pain. I’m also noticing I’m more robust in reaching my goals and my overall energy has improved. CFR has given me more than I ever imagined possible.

Melissa and CFR has changed my life. The way I move and function through the world has completely transformed and I now do everything with power, grace, and ease (even the simplest of tasks). When I was injured last year I felt completely broken, as a performer I thought I would never be able to move as I did before. I went to seven different doctors and all of them told me that I would probably need surgery which would take a full year to truly recover from. After working with Melissa for five weeks, not only was I healed, but I was better than I was before the injury. It took hard work and an open mind but if you are willing to bring both of these things to the table, I promise you Melissa will change your life for the better.

I am a 63 year old male who spent his life in the Public Works Construction Industry. Working and playing hard was my motto. Turning the corner into my 60's brought my share of aches, pains, and perhaps burnout. Knowing pain medications are only a temporary solution and unhealthy I sought out other remedies for relief and fortunately discovered Melissa and CFR. CFR through physical guided explorations reintroduced me to my mind, body, and spiritual connection not only with myself but also with our outside environment I have gained so much more then relief of physical pain through this journey and will always be grateful for this growing experience.
