I have been going to this groups clinic for over 15 years. I am perfectly happy in every way.

Doctor is actually good but the receptionist is the Wicked Witch of the West. Seriously, rudest person ever! Good luck getting past this hellish lady. One would think that a medical office hires a friendly person as their 'face' or 'first impression' .

I see Yasi and have been for years. She's done everything from routine skin checks, to laser hair removal, to botox for me and I am always happy.

Can I do no Stars because that's what I want to do PEOPLE Read this ok!I am a patient of this clinic for over 7 years my Own Doctor can't see any new people because of Covid-19!So the above Doctor was recommended to me by front of house.Today I took my 18 year old Son to see the Doctor because of a small amount of Acne he has, and if I was a gambling woman I might bet thousands of dollars on how long my son was with Dr Capri maybe 5 Mins maybe a little less.Dr Capri never asked My son about his Acne, never asked him any questions at all, Basically suggested MEDS first then creams, and spoke directly to his nurse to write them down.This is SO NOT OK we won't be returning, and we won't be getting the creams! PLEASE do not go to this Doctor I am from Europe and am horrified at how my son was treated today.This Man is a disgrace to his profession.

if there was an option to give no stars that is exactly what he would get! DO NOT SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS WITH THIS DOCTOR. I had a cyst, went to see him and without testing what type it was he simply prescribed antibiotics. I was leaving to Florida and while there the cyst busted open. I called because it was infected to get his opinion on what I should do. This was based on the fact that he had mentioned that upon my return he would have to cut it open to remove the cyst. He told me I should just take the cyst out myself. I was like - I have no idea and the location is kind of in a difficult place to reach - I asked him if I should have the local Florida hospital take car and remove the cyst as he had suggested. His response was "yeah you can do that, you can remove yourself or do what you feel like doing" He is definitely an incompetent physician and you should avoid seeing him

My family and I have been going to Dr. Capri for years. He is simply the BEST! He cares about his patients and is at the top of his profession.

Dr Capri is such a genuinely amazing doctor. He is patient and thorough and is always just a phone call away. He's helped make my skin look like I'm in my 10ms again.
