I went to his office at the time of the appointment, but my appointment had been canceled without any contact. I had to make a new appointment and I had to go there again. Dr. Kim had limited knowledge and I felt I had only wasted my time and money.

Highly skilled, personable, articulate, and honest doctor. We are very happy with our results under Dr. Kim's care. I saw him for a full exam, skin resurfacing, and a surgical procedure. We highly recommend him.

Dr. Kim is a great doctor that always was thorough. He had great bed-side manner, and followed up with me every year about my travels and plans. I really liked him and can't review him highly enough.

Dr. Kim is fine. But, his back office is completely incompetent. Multiple times, they were not able to correspond with Blue Cross to get a Rx approved. No follow ups, no accountability! Find another office!

Very bad office support! If you need to reach someone to refill a prescription, or give you some help...forget it! This office does NOT respond to requests from a pharmacy, and it is impossible to get anyone to return a phone call. They seem to be most interested in getting as many patients through the door with out making sure the wellbeing of patients is attended to. I tried to get a simple prescription refilled 3 separate times...each time it took over a week to get any response. Nothing special about Dr. Kim...he is just going through the motions and collecting fees.

front office not the easiest to deal with but Dr. Kim and his nurse, Debbie, are awesome. Both are very knowledgable and dependable. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a dermatologist!
