The receptionist is completely rude and ridiculously unprofessional, he also turned out to be the manager which I have no idea how, the guy can’t shut up and listen to what I need to say. Kept cutting me off, speaking over me, and completely unhelpful. Please train your receptionists the basics of customer service. Currently waiting for the office manager to give me a call.

I am honestly surprised to see any negative reviews here, as the very factors people are complaining about, are the same areas in which I think the doctor and her staff excel. I am so grateful that we were referred to Dr. Nguyen. My relative has multiple health issues, and I really wish that Dr. Nguyen could be their medical provider for all of them! She is patient, intelligent, knows her science, and she's amiable, too. Her staff have always been above-and-beyond nice to us, helping with doors, etc., which is appreciated with using a wheelchair. I have only high praise for this doctor and her staff! Highly recommend!

If you are trying to set an appointment with Dr. Amy Nguyen for any type of ear issue, it's best to find another doctor. I walked into the office perfectly fine with hearing and left with one ear not able to function properly. I have been prescribed a medication that only made my symptoms worse and when I informed Dr. Nguyen, she would give an approach as if my pain is inaccurate. Overall, she did not want to assist her own patient. On the other hand, the front staff would make a diagnosis to keep using the medication even if the dangerous side effects showed. Keep your ears protected from coming to this mischievous office.

I had very basic ear problems that Dr. Amy Nguyen was not able to help with let alone diagnose. She was not knowledgeable with certain popular procedures and all in all did not seem like she wanted to help. Staff was also apathetic on the phone. I wasted a lot of time here.
