Chinh Huynh's Online Review Report Card

Dr Chinh is a good doctor with a big heart and caring not only with his own patients but also to our community . That why his office always busy with waiting patients . I know the busy office will need hard working staffs but sometimes they cannot satisfy all the demands of people . Thank you Dr. Huynh for all your help to community and people .

I didnt see this doctor, but walked in on a Saturday for some emergency pain, the front desk lady was so nice and polite. She told us the doctor is booked up and recommended us to some other doctors around, knowing we were not local. Even gave detailed direction and wrote down the other doctors name.

The old lady answering the phone acts like you've reached a residence. She won't tell you the name of the business and keeps asking who I am every time I ask. She sort of confirmed the business. Extremely unprofessional and sounds like a scam. Probably working from thier living room.

My mom's experience with the doctor is always great each visit, but I'm here to review on the front desk lady, Van. That day, she never showed a smile or greeted the patients. She was super rude to the elderly. Come on they are ill who need special care and guidance and all they got is this rudeness and unprofessionalism. I was so annoyed and wouldn't recommend this place when she's still around.

this office unprofessional. they don't care about patients. they only care about money. specially Van, the lady front desk. she so rude, no politely. not recommended.

*PLEASE READ* since most people that see this "doctor" are VERY ill-informed. Skip to ICING ON THE CAKE or BOTTOM LINE below if you're too lazy to read...The reason why I chose him as my PCP was because he was very close to my house before I moved.- If you're not Vietnamese, good luck getting his full and undivided attention.- He is very rude (he picked up his cell phone when I was explaining my concerns to him--my session with him lasted a total of less than 5 minutes INCLUDING THE PHONE CALL).- Doesn't listen nor care as evident by above.- He told me to get unnecessary shots and chest x-rays (none of my problems warranted these tests--I sought out second and third opinions, as well as asked my friends and family members in the Healthcare industry--all said I did not need those tests for my condition).- After 1 visit and getting the unnecessary tests he recommended, he no longer helped with my problems. It was impossible to see him thereafter (see next point).- The receptionist said he does not take appointments, just walk-ins on Saturdays. (All of a sudden right? Now that you had me take those dumb tests).***ICING ON THE CAKE***- Expanding on the chest x-ray he made me take...he sent me to West Coast Radiology - Garden Grove Advanced Imaging (a branch of BEVERLY RADIOLOGY MEDICAL GROUP). This company has a history of sending FALSE BILLS and DOUBLE BILLING. How do I know? I just got one of these bills today, which prompted me to do the research and give this negative review. The bill is dated some time in December, and I had my x-ray a few months earlier (not going to give them the satisfaction of finding out who I am). In addition, the bill has no due date. YOU CAN'T FOOL ME! Van (aka Vanessa) was so rude. She talks to you as if she owns the office; however, she is only thre front desk person. She has no respect for others and not only was rude to me but she was rude to all the patients that I saw walked into the office. Honestly, this office can do without her. Dr. Chinh Huynh provided thorough exams and was able to answer any questions that I had.
