Dr Nguyen lacks experience and didn't give space for me to ask any question. He walked out without hearing why I was there. He didn't review my records and signed me up for extra lab work that I didn't need. Lab work from previous years showed the same records but he didn't look at them. Edited: Business manager reply below has the general memorial care customer service number. I can't reach out to a manager that can actually help.

Dr Henry was very thorough in his examination of me and answered all my questions. I was very happy with my office visit with him November 10. I have a f/u visit with him on Friday, November 18 to review my test results and discuss what the next steps in my care should be.
