Bad attitude.

I've been seeing Dr. Jaclynn Do , for over 5 years , and i don't know why there's negative reviews , because i have experienced nothing but the best and professional service with Dr. Jaclynn Do, and her staff. As a patient that suffered 2 major strokes and a open heart surgery , they have given me the best care a patient could ask for. As a single dad i am very pleased with the care i am getting. In times when i walked in they took me in without waiting long , and in a timely manner. I recommend this Dr. to anyone that is looking for an outstanding Dr. that is professional , experienced, kind, and caring. Dr. Jaclynn Do, and her staff are the best, and that's why after 5 years i continue with getting the best of care. I signed my boy up with Dr. Do , so now he receives excellent care as well. Thank You Dr. Do, we love your care.

I've been seeing Dr. Jaclynn Do for years, last year as I went in for a doctor visit and Annual physical, they charged me $75 copay when it should be $30 I do not why she did it, so I called my insurance, and they said they will do an investigation which I never heard back again. This year again I made an appointment for 10/17/25 but the weirdest part of this is the receptionist demanded to make sure I bring cash. So, I called my insurance again and they told me that I should only pay $30 copay as my insurance covers Annual Physical 100% Well, once again they told me that I should pay $75 copay and I questioned them why $75 copay? receptionist said she had no idea why, but I had to pay $75 same as last year. I told her that I just talked to my insurance rep, and she said only $30 copay is what I should be paying. receptionist said paid the $75 and the doctor will explain to you when she gets back in office, she not here today. I told the receptionist, cancel my annual physical and lets just do the regular office visit, how much will my copay be now? I question her and she still said $75 I told her never mind and to cancel my appointment, so I walked out of there. as soon as I walked out, I called my insurance and explained what happened again same as last year and they asked me for the doctor info so they can call, I provided the info and they called the office to which now they told my insurance rep that I can come back in and pay $0 and that my insurance will bill me later. I told my insurance rep even if I see the doctor with $0 copay upfront, she will still bill me the $75 copay I bet so I rather go to my back-up doctor. Guys make sure you talk to your insurance rep to make sure you're not being rip off by this doctor over charging copay. I saw another patient who was forced to pay the $75 and when she saw me put up a fight for not agreeing to pay that much, she seems very confused also, questioning herself if she was being rip off. Even my insurance rep said that even if I have not met my deductible for the year, doctors are not supposed to charge me extra using that excuse. I rather stay away from this doctor office, make sure you guys think twice before you walk in here...

I have no idea why she became a doctor. Everything is about money. Phone call, money, prescription change, money. She had me come into her office three times in two weeks for something could have been done over the phone. If you want quality medical service, this is the wrong place to come.

Bro tell me how I have an appointment, came on time and I haven’t seen the doctor yet and it’s been almost an hour.

INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Those are the 2 best words to describe this doctor and her staff. There have been numerous occasions where they've made mistakes but I just kept going to her bc she was close to my house. I regret that decision now. Don't settle for mediocrity when it comes to your Healthcare provider

This place is very unprofessional and clearly prioritizes money over patient care. My friend was rushed through my check up, despite being in serious pain and was brushed off immediately. Please avoid this place if you're looking for quality care.

Anna "the manager" is very rude and did not understand what I was asking and when I asked if I can speak to someone else since there was a language barrier she said they are on lunch until 2 then abruptly hung up. I called back and she said she hung up on me because "i don't understand and to call back at 1:30" Very unprofessional. Which sucks because Dr Do is great she just does not have the best "manager"

I’ve been coming to this medical office for several months, and I can honestly say it's been an absolute nightmare. Let’s start with the appointments: they never respect the scheduled time. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re going to wait 1 to 2 hours every single time? It’s beyond disrespectful and a complete waste of time. Now, the so-called "medical visit"... if you can even call it that. Dr. DO is hands down the worst doctor I have ever encountered in my entire life. Her consultations are rushed, careless, and frankly useless. She comes across more like a clueless beginner than a licensed professional. There is no listening, no proper exam, no real medical care. Just in and out, as fast as possible. The entire office is disorganized, unprofessional, and borderline negligent. The staff is barely courteous, and Dr. DO has no business practicing medicine. If you value your time, your health, and basic human decency, stay far away from this place. But if you’re curious to see what the worst medical experience in Orange County looks like, go ahead and book an appointment with Dr. DO — and prepare to regret it.
