Dr. James V. Tran one of the best Doctor i ever meet. He is so friendly and good knowledge. His most appointments on time. You feel very comfortable with him.

Dr Tran was conscientious and kind. He was very caring to my 93 year old father. We look forward to having him as our cardiologist! The office staff was very kind.

He jumped in the office, did his job from his computer, did not listen what I concerned...about heartache or blockage!! and jumped out, no advised, no med, then threw me out with front desk lady. Make an other opponent!! . Too bad! No star!

Great service! Doctor is extremely affable and has a sense of humor. Would definitely come back again. They do have COVID19 restrictions and safety measures in place!

Terrible customer service! They only take cash or card, but did not inform the patient beforehand. I drove 30 minutes to get there to be told that they do not accept credit card. The interior is outdated and does not look welcoming.

My mom was referred to Dr. James Tran, the cardiologist, before she had surgery. She needed the cardiologist to clear her heart condition in order for her to able to proceed with her lung surgery. His staff was so efficient and kind enough to work with us. They were able to schedule my mom appointment within days. Dr. Tran is very down to earth and always willing to help even skipping his lunch to see his patients. He is very caring and explains to my mom about her issues without her feeling rushes. My mom feels very comfortable and is very impressed with Dr. Tran and his entire staff. Thank you Dr. Tran and his staff.

Dr. Tran is my mother's cardiologist for few years. Every single appointment, the average waiting time is 45 minutes or more. One time it was almost 2 hrs and I was so upset. Somehow my mother prefers to see him, just like most elderly Vietnamese, she doesn't want to upset her doctor regardless. He acts like he's my mother's family doctor although my mother already has one. Then came this blow: she was in hospital due to a minor stroke, and her health took a turn for worse, a hospice service is considered. Dr. Tran came to the hospital on her third week there, took a look at her, asked which arm she used to to hold her cane... then order the heart stress test without letting us know. The night nurse notified me and in her opinion, that was impossible to do the test in my mother's condition. I agreed and I asked her to cancel the order. Next morning, due to that test order, the kitchen did not prepare my mother's breakfast. She had to eat some oatmeals in a hurry because she was being transferred to a nursing home! Apparently he did not read the hospital chart before ordering that heart stress test.

Dr. Tran is an exceptional cardiologist. He goes above and beyond to help his patients. Although his staff can be more accommodating, and cheerful, Dr. Tran himself deserves 5 + stars for all of his outstanding work. He is well worth the time invested to have him as your cardiologist.

Dr. Tran is a hard working cardiologist. He seems to really care for his patients welbeing. His front desk staff can be more alert, but that should not fall on his individual work. I highly recommended Dr. Tran for he will take care of you and find any issues related with your heart.
