Mcmg - Westminster's Online Review Report Card

I went here, my wife went here and my son. I had to almost plead for medicine because of being sick for so long with sore throat and nasal drip. When my wife went there they wouldn't issue any medicine and she had the same thing. Took my son there for a sore and red throat. 'Tested' negative for everything. Only home remedies recommend from a lady doctor. My son went to school and three days later they call and say actually he does have strep throat. And he has been going to school since we were told he tested negative. Not sure what the heck there doing behind the closed doors but not there job. Now I'm not surprised after read so many reviews by others with terrible experiences. In response to the owners comments. It's disappointing and shocking knowing that they test you and give you a result and than call you days later to say it's not the case. By the looks of the many poor reviews that I'm not the only one.

Never had a place be so slow but the people here are actually very nice and respectful, the bad reviews are just from impatient ppl. If you can wait an hour then you should have no issues here. Thanks guys!

Been going here for Years. Last 2 times a very poor experience. Arrived 5 minutes after opening for a walk in today. 3 people in front of me. They asked me to wait in my car, which I did for an hour and and a half. They still couldn’t tell me when I would get to see a Doctor! In the end I left and went to a place half a mile away with no wait. Maybe this place has new management- did not used to be like this.

Memorial Care in Westminster has excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The doctors work very hard to see all the patients and work with them to accommodate their needs and determine what their health issues are. I was very impressed with the diligent manner that the doctor used to problem solved my issues and determine the right medicine and ways to help me. The hard part of the visit is the wait time to see the doctor even if you made an appointment. The delays are very long. The delay is not the staff or doctors that are causing the delays. They are working as hard as possible to keep everything moving. It appears that they are short- handed which was a byproduct of covid. Bring a book or another way to spend your time waiting. The staff is pleasant and will keep you up to date on when they are ready for you Hope you feel better soon

Their urgent care facility is the worst. Only one doctor on staff. Waited over an hour and a half for my scheduled appointment. Front office staff is great, back office staff has zero compassion. Stay away from this location if you can. Even if you're desperate to get medical care!

We would like to give a "Shout Out" to Dr. Sean Te, Lisabet and Jean at Memorial Care.They gave standing care to my husband. Dr. Te went above and beyond by coming to the car so my husband wouldn't have to go inside. They were all very kind and professional.

Everyone was prompt, nice and professional to me. I’m very satisfied with my visit today.

Brought my son in at 7:45 pm. He is sick with strep throat. Very Ill. They saw him charged his insurance told him they sent the prescription across the street at cvs that’s pharmacy already closed so I took him somewhere where else only to realise that the urgent care was closed and we couldn’t fill it. So we come back the next morning to find out they never sent the prescription over. So now we are waiting. In their office. Totally unprofessional and ridiculous.

DONT waste your time here. Been here many years ago and it was mediocre then. I made an appointment online, which was confirmed by email. Showed up early to checkin assuming there would be forms to fill out. Was brought to exam room and told there was a 45-to 60 min wait. So I left. Why TF cant you tell me that before I show up?
