DO NOT DO WALK-IN! The receptionist had already said that there would be a wait, which I was fine with, but when you have already waited 4 hours. To which, I asked the receptionist if I would be ready to seen in the next hours-- again would be a total of 5 HOURS of waiting. They were hesitant to even give me an answer. Now tell me who is available to wait for over 5-6 hours to be seen-- totally unprofessional and total lack of care for patients.

Called four days ago to schedule an appointment. They told me to call my insurance company to change my PCP to Dr. Theresa Nguyen. I did. I called the office again, and they said the PCP change wasn't made.. when it was. I confirmed with my insurance that Dr. Nguyen is my PCP. They refused to schedule an appointment when Dr. Nguyen is my PCP. I called again today and now they're saying Dr. Nguyen doesn't accept my insurance at all. I JUST CHANGED MY PCP TO DR. NGUYEN. The lady on the phone is the most rude, unprofessional, useless waste of space. I told her I spoke with her less than a week prior and they accepted my insurance just four days ago. But now all of a sudden they don't accept my insurance? She then said I could come as a walk-in (despite Dr. Nguyen supposedly not accepting my insurance) and told me I could make an appointment for October (2 months later) with Dr. Thai Nguyen (who is not my PCP).She then hung up the phone.

Came here expecting Theresa to be my PCP but she declined to accept new patients, and i had no choice but Thai. This guy asked me quite a few dumb questions that were really irrelevant to my current condition. I can sense that he is incompassionate and unconcerned. Here, the volume of patients is so high that you will only become another product on the conveyor belt. The only thing he was able to help me was to apply for a handicap permit; and even then, couldn't get my name right!!

Pretty bad! I rescheduled my appt today it's October they told me they don't have anything available until January!! Then she looked at my insurance and said you have PPO and can go anywhere, basically saying go somewhere else. Dr Thanh isn't my favorite, she's fine but I prefer Dr Thai. Go elsewhere!

This is a great place to for all injuries. Not only is the staff hard working and listens to your issues, they’re also very flexible and accommodating to your schedule.

Smita is a knowledgeable and experienced therapist in Edison A&A physicaltherapy. I am glade my Doctor recommended her.I feel much better after the therapy. This place is very nice and clean. All staff are very helpful. Highly recommend!!

Never liked going to any therapy before but Ash makes it less boring and a little fun. He listens to what I have to say and is professional. Lydia who works there is very nice and she is easy to get along with. They never overbook and when you get there you usually go right to work plenty of parking I highly recommend this place

I really had a lot of help here, very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

I have a heel spur and my foot Doctor sent me for physical therapy. I found the Edison office near my house. I made my first appointment with Adarsh Pakikh. I am so happy with him. He is so friendly, nice, respectful and makes you feel so comfortable, In fact the entire staff is AMAZING !!!!! This will be the only place I will go for physical therapy ever !
