I have been trying to make an appointment for the longe at time. Every time I call, the system goes to voicemail. In the voice memo, it says to leave your name and number and they will call you back. Well guess what. They will NEVER call you back. So if you need to see a cardiologist ASAP, this place isn't for you. You can request your insurance to refer you to a different cardiologist.

One of my coworker has neck and back pain for the whole year. This doctor refused to treat him and force him to see a urgent care. Call the office yesterday and the doctor refused to talk to him and the assistant has very bad attitude to him.

They always seem to keep you waiting for an appointment, and have signs up saying not to be more than 5 minutes early for your appointment. The gals that usually answer the phone could learn a bit more English, too.

One of my co-workers is under this doctor and has neck and back pain for almost a year. This doctor refuses to treat him and force him to see urgent care. The doctor refused to talk to him yesterday and the doctor's assistant had a very bad attitude to him through the phone call too.

Staff needs to be trained on calling health insurance to verify eligibility... instead of just turning patients away who have been treated for 2 years. Really disappointed. Dr Nguyen on the hand is great. Staff lost them 2 stars unfortunately.

This is a very terrible experience. We have to wait an hour even though we have the appointment. We we come and ask the receptionist lady, she said she forgot and we continued wait for another haft hour.
