The staff is rude and unprofessional. The office is old and not up to date with modern technology. I do not recommend this dental office. Runnnn from this place!

Honestly, I don't know why this place is rated so low. My experience here has been nothing but positive. Sure, sometimes there's a little wait, but that's pretty normal for any dental or medical office these days. I've been seeing Dr. Kevin Kang and he's hands down one of the best dentists I've ever had. I've been on a long dental journey. I literally had every single tooth replaced with implants, including bone grafts and all that and Dr. Kang has been amazing through it all. He's super knowledgeable, precise, and always makes the process as quick and painless as possible. He's not always at this location since he works out of a few different offices around town, so if you're looking to see him specifically, definitely reach out first to find out where he'll be. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality dental care.

Im not complaining about any of the services they provided for my son (who is the patient). But I will complain about the office's whole attitude problem. I've walked in there about 3 or 4 times and every time no one greets you. All of front desk pretends that they didn't see/hear you walk in. So I would awkwardly stand there for minutes hoping they'd notice me with eye contact atleast, but no. I would just take a seat (annoyed already), and once i did that then someone would acknowledge me. I understand if they were busy, but theyre not even on the phone or anything. Atleast say "we'll be with you in a minute." Every single time this rude behavior happens from them. And then when front desk talks to you it's like you're bothering them. It's just not pleasant. This is all before even seeing the doctor. The dental assistant is probably the only one that has good bed side manners. (Which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1) I don't know her name but she's polite, friendly, and welcoming. The doctor herself, I don't know her name either, but she's an Asian woman, reports what she sees in my sons mouth as if I'm bothering her. Her tone is like she seriously doesn't like her job. I just called my insurance today to change my son's dentist and I found one with way higher ratings and closer to home. I was tired of my son being seen as a number and not a patient. Bye.

Comfortable service clean equipment gentle dentist and good workers very courteous no long waits friendly bin going there never had any problems.

Staff is nice and professional Doctors or the dentist are rude and very unprofessional I regret switching my dentist to this location. Also if you need dental work the dentist here are super aggressive with your teeth they are basically man handling you

I've been coming to this office since it was called Village Dental. My family and I travel from the Inland Empire to see Dr. Peggy Kang, Dr. Jennifer Lee and staff. The Dental care my family and I have received is exceptional. The minute I check in I am greeted by my name and I warm smile. The doctors explain my treatment thoroughly and show me my X-rays. The office manager explains my insurance coverage and benefits so I can make my own informed decisions. I can only speak from my experience.

I have been coming to this office since it was dental village in the middle of uptown, started coming around 2010-2011. I have seen the changes and lack of professionalism change throughout the change of owner many years ago. The dentist here doesn't care about the individual patient, they only care about our money. The staff is professional and will listen, but the doctors themselves appear to be greedy and selfish. She doesn't listen the needs or request of the patients.

Uh all I've heard are bad things about this dentist location unfortunately from someone's personal experience... do not come here, they are not attentive and do not provide quality care. Seems like they don't know what they are doing...
